The first father and son were strikingly similar in appearance. It's surprising the father did not notice.

1st Case. They act alike, reason alike, look alike. Idk why the dad kept saying the son was so much "darker". Sir yall aren't that far apart in complexion 🙄.

Why do these people never blame their mom for not telling them the truth?
1/2 these mothers wouldn’t know the truth if it hit them between the eyes, yet the older child believes what they’ve been told most of their lives.
I always feel sorry for these grown children the most. They either grew up knowing nothing or often believing a lie. And so many hearts are broken either way. But yet, I watch.
I feel both parents should be the blame. They are sleeping together unprotected. This is very sad because the kids suffer from their poor decisions 😢
Because the mom still sticks around
Love is sometimes so overpowering that it's hard to call that loved one out on something even if it is obviously wrong. But you're right. We must recognize mistakes no matter who makes them.
First case man spoke and looked just like his dad . That’s sad how he called him a liar . People should wait for results before they shoot off their mouths .

Yep, down to the eyebrows. 😂 Our 4 children have my eyebrows (which came from my dad) and my husband's hands and feet (which he got from his dad). Now I look at eyebrows all the time. 😂 That was his son on every part of his face!
Judge lake looked at Mr clover like no sir when he said " you know you love this " 😂😂 they had me dying !!

If you notice on other episodes, sometimes the contestants of "whose yo daddy" the women are wearing the same jewelry from a previous case. Pretty sure this was just a wardrobe mix up by making the two who were against each other actually complementary outfits.

The first dad is an angry man who certainly did not want to pay child support. I wouldn’t take his last name. Id make up my own.
What made him angry? He didn't even know the woman was pregnant? Helped the son be didn't know was his anyway and pays child support for other kids. Ya"ll say anything.
but the man was in the military that young would have gotten child support. the mom cheated her son out of his child support.

What made you determine the man is angry and didn’t want to pay child support. The mother didn’t even advise him of her pregnancy and has someone else on the birth certificate How is this not her fault? The son was cheated out of knowing his family bc the mom did not tell the truth.

The first case was different from any other I've seen! The man was willing to pay, even helped him without being sure to be his father.

His mum knew but its one of those scenarios where the thought of losing yr partner over a one occasion had yr pride. Not yr sons or the man doing time on unpaid child support. She didnt fill out the forms to have that payment ceased, shows yr ability to only think of yrself. Yr son is soooo handsome an down to earth

On the first case typically when black people question paternity because of the child's skin color, Judge Lake often dismiss the notion by saying, "children come in all shapes, sizes and colors". This family is talking about the young man's skin color being a potential factor in paternity, yet Judge Lake did not mention to them that children come in all shapes, sizes and colors. I wonder if she's did not dismiss their notions like she often did black people because they're white? 🤔
She often points that out with black people for several reasons. 1st because many blacks. in America who are descendants of slaves have a percentage of admixture due to rapes and therefore, their children can truly look completely different from their parents. 2nd, she feels more comfortable to say that to people whom she share ethnic backgrounds and shared life experiences with.
@@skylarsky3173 thank you for your reply. Well I guess my reply to your comment is that judges are supposed to be fair and impartial. Judge Lake saying things to one group of people because she shares the same ethnicity with them is not an example of impartiality.
Secondly, yes the different colors that children come in are more noticeable within the black race but characteristics of race mixing can also be found between non-black races as well. They tend to highlight features in paternity questions such as eye color, skin color, hair texture and hair color.
I've heard judge Lake say that to white, black, Latino, all different races. I think it has more to do with the fact that he followed it up with "she had a DNA test done on the other man" so instead of focusing on the different skin tone comment, she focused on the DNA test comment.
I've noticed that too. She gets defensive only when black people say the kid is too dark, but when they say the kid is too light she's not as aggressive with the "kids come in all complexions" argument.
