Many years ago Babu bhai used to make biriyani/korma by weight. You could even bring your own mutton by weight and he would gladly prepare it for around 80/- a kilo- making charges. Lazeez preperation hua karti thi and woh buzurg apne haath se banaya karte they. This was around 15 years ago...and his was the only counter serving these dishes.
Times have changed it seems...
P.S- yeh girl friend wale chichore remarks se door rahein to behtar hai...bina unke bhi aapka channel bura nahin hai

Sister you can search on youtube for this recipe, you will get all the ingredients in your country. I said this because I was wondering if you'll get ingredients of an Indian dish in your country
You will require the following:-
1) Long grain rice
2) Chicken
3) Cardamon
4) Black pepper
5) Bay leaves
6) Oil
7) Yoghurt
8) Turmeric powder
9) Red chilli powder
10) Water(for partially cooking the rice) before the final step and
11) Salt(of course)
Wait, if possible try getting the ready made biryani masala
One more thing, 12) Food colour(optional)
UnHygienic utensils never washed

Very average place. loads of oil.very dirty.very thick rice used for biryani.this place doant deserve more a 4. If someone can go to saket neb sarai road a very little known place named azad chicken biryani. Just enter neb sarai road and fourth shop on right side. One of the best biryani and korma you will ever eat.....

Sirjee iss hotel ke khaane ke hygeine ka kya feedback hai apka? inke bartan kaafi purane of kaale gande type ke lagg rhe hai ya jis jagah kitchen tha wahan farsh pe kaafi geela sa bura dikh rha tha.
