We Tamil film fans were/are at huge loss because of two legendary, natural actress. One is Laxmi and the other is Srividya both are the best in their profession in terms of acting and elegant.
We lost Laxmi for Kannada and Srividya for Malayalam. It is a pity that Both of them were not recognized at the national level.
It is high time now that we should make all our efforts to get our Laxmi honoured at highest level. (Srividya is no more now)
TN is 40 KM from BANGALORE -- We should not feel separated so much. Please adopt KANNADA also your sir. Lakshmi Madam is also an Indian Actress .. The beauty is culturally all south Indian people are 100 % same. The only difference is the script. Even meaning of so many words also same ( Coming from Sanskrit)

Both of them are/were Best in their profession. Our Tamil film world have miserably failed to make use of their talent. What was loss to us was a gain to Kannada and Malayalam industry. We Tamil fans didn't see,love,and enjoy much of their actions on screen. A real and a big miss. That was my feelings/anxiety.

Just for your information, if go slightly back,ie.before Independence there were no TN,Karnataka, Kerala etc.,.

Hence there is no political leader came from cine field. Many of ANNAVARU movie when re-made in other languages they twisted climax to suit the audience. Rajankant who came from Kannada is big star in Tamil film industry purely because of action. However in 2022 onwards young Tamil people appears to be coming out of cine politicians.
