Hi, Mike Exner;s name was seen on NWS info page when I was skewering around, on understanding Skew T diagrams, and they were talking about ground based radiosonde's and your own Mike Exner, "Mr. Tow Rope", was the developer or engineer inventor? of the ground based Radiosonde. Can you ask him for me if this is correct? My Dad in the 70"s worked at Red Bluff FSS, and launched the balloons and made weather maps, people all over would call him and the staff, "blacky", at Red Bluff FSS to get prog and 500mb meat and potatoes.
