This is literally my story so I can provide a little clarity. She had the initial c-section and everything after that was fine. It's after the 2nd c-section that she began having problems and ultimately had to have a hysterectomy. I also feel it was one of the best decisions I ever made.

I told my Brother, "Hey... get on the floor and start screaming and I'm going to panic with you." When I worked at the clinic I was the person who had to get instance authorizations so the patient could go to a specialist. The doctors order all tests and the insurance company not only don’t want to give you same day authorization but find every excuse under the sun for what’s not covered. And please don’t buy the cheapest insurance. None of the good specialists accept the cheap plans and then the patient is mad at you.
You have never lied. The cheap insurance will give you a huge directory of providers but most of them stopped participating with the plan because the insurance company reimbursement rates are so low and they take to long to remit payment to the providers.

When I worked at the clinic I was the person who had to get instance authorizations so the patient could go to a specialist. The doctors order all tests and the insurance company not only don’t want to give you same day authorization but find every excuse under the sun for what’s not covered. And please don’t buy the cheapest insurance. None of the good specialists accept the cheap plans and then the patient is mad at you.
You have never lied. The cheap insurance will give you a huge directory of providers but most of them stopped participating with the plan because the insurance company reimbursement rates are so low and they take to long to remit payment to the providers.
