Great tracks obviously .... If only whoever converted this to 8D had the skills to do something interesting with it other than just planning from side to side !! Why not arrange the instruments like you're actually surrounded by them (and didn't have them running backwards and forwards around you) it might be a decent experience!!
I have this album in SQ quadrophonic mix version on vinyl that vas released in 1973 side by side with stereo version and it does just that but in the right way,separated instruments and vocals "traveling around your head "and it can be expirienced even in normal stereo mode but for the " full potential " a dedicated quadrophonic reciver/decoder is needed and the one is rare and expensive so this kind of mixing music belived or not -is nothing new ( ok,while some modern tech music does do the wow efect in this 8D ,this track simply is not that case)

I remember vividly the first time I heard this album. We are talking about the system in the living room that was a piece of furniture..avocado green. My cuz In came in and dropped the needle on this masterpiece. Still gives me chills.
This gives me shivers the whole way through, but one thing from a musical point of view, on certain hit points in the song maybe hold off panning from the centre for another second so you get that extra boom of feeling when something is on the beat & centred :) Other than that, it is AMAZIIINNNNGGG!!!!!

Honestly, The Beatles 8D mixes from Abbey Road are better because there's more separation and you hear different instruments all over the place. This just takes the entire mix and moves it left to right, back and forth. Check out The Beatles. MUCH Better.

Nope thats about right, just search any 8D audio. its the echo and reverb thats enhanced along with the channel switching.
