We were catching a lot of catfish on earthworms and anchovies at the delta! The liver is the best, but it's hard to keep it on your hook!
Gotta use the magic string
Put a little salt and oatmeal on your chicken liver mix it up
Or treble hook with the magic string
Yep years ago I used to use beef liver and chicken beef stays on better but chicken was easy yo get use yo work so hood got striprers but mostly cats.
