Just us the mooring line behind the riding Pawel....atlst two link behind pull the rope and slack same time chain it will turn and that it...
No need to use any rode or physical power.
It is just 3 man job

Pag dumikit naba sa surface ng tubig
Or pag naka lubog ung shackles ?
Or kapag ung shackles lumabas na sa chain hole

Sir para di po kau malito mind this two words IN and ON, example pag sinabi nio pong 2shackles ON the water it means ung shackle nakalabas nasa bill cock ng hawsepipe at hindi pa nakatouch sa tubig kasi ON ibig sabihin nasa ibabaw pa ng tubig, oag sinabi nio pong 2shackles IN the water it means nasa tubig na ung shackle o nakalubog na,remember IN is nasa ilalim ON is nasa ibabaw, God bless sir
