My brush tool doesnt work like that white highlight. It wants to cross over itself. How can i fix that? I just want to use it like a normal brush in procreat but it wants to keep cutting itself off when i do wavy lines

I think you just need to turn Fill off and keep Stroke on. You can do that from the Style Tab (first tab in the Inspector on the right) or from the color widget - those colorful dots under the Toolbar. Let us know if this worked 🙌
