    Archbishop Cordeleone of San Francisco recently announced that he was refusing to allow Speaker Nancy Pelosi to Holy Communion in his Archdiocese and the usual suspects, as well as the mainstream media, have been objecting to this decision by the Archbishop. In this video, I respond to some of those objections and offer some thoughts on the significance of what it means to receive God in this way.

      @@elizabethkraszewski6603 - He has the grace of the Holy Spirit. As Malchi Martin explained, Our Lady of Fatima said that there would be a great chastisement and graces would be pulled if the pope did not follow through on the conversion of Russia in 1960. And right after was not done, we had V2 we had a MASSIVE collapse of both nuns and priests, a mass exodus from religious life into secular society. A widespread, collapse of the faith, emptying of pews, and widespread practice and acceptance of many sins of Modernism among those that identify as Catholic. The extent to which this all so suddenly occurred can only be explained by the chastisement from the removal of graces.
      Fr. Chad Ripperger explains that every time a priest has told him that he was thinking of leaving the priesthood, ALWAYS that awareness is preceded by the priest abandoning the practice of his private, meditative prayer. And he explained, this results in a removal of grace. Most Catholics today do not understand this very real connection. it seems that it is something more commonly understood among many Protestants, as well as by Traditional Catholics (because the faith is not being adequately taught in the post V2 RCC.)

    Thank you Archbishop Cordileone for your clarity on the Church's stance on the sanctity of human life, particularly the innocent life of an unborn baby. Unfortunately, Rep. Pelosi and President Biden are publicly living in sin, which separates them from the Church and God. Pray for them.

    • @oliverclark5604
      @oliverclark5604 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I believe Biden and Pelosi are publicly living in sin on the both advice and example of the scandal given by which Cordileone as a diseased familyist family member "may even draw his brother into spiritual death" (CCC 2284).
      For tax and insurance advantages of their families, diseased familyist family members groom psychologically and emotionally vulnerable family members with an occult as hidden, incest connected as substitute mate, non-economic status inducement of "higher vocation" (Pope St John Paul 11's Council for the Family teaching document, TTMHS, 1995, 35 based on St Paul's opinion at 1Cor7:25-34) of consecrated celibates (married in Christ) to that of male female couple marriage (married in God).
      These familyist influenced families claim lower fees for services; e.g. education, provided by these consecrated celibate groups as purported tax exempt charities and lower insurance premiums as purported presumed less likely to abuse (when up to six times more likely).
      Pope Francis since 10 June 2021 has been without apparent support of Cordileone out-occulting this occult evil by exercising an absolute power of authorisation in simultaneously authorising applications by his Vatican State Secretariat of State of observation measurement terms for ensuring procreation and insuring union in the cases of alleged embezzlement of procreation ensuring, tax exempt charity donations within the family by Cardinal Angelo Becciu and nine others and alleged unacceptable risk of fraud on insurance of need on union of identities of family members of valid and proper marriages by the "Zan" anti-homophobia bill before the Italian Parliament.
      Pope Francis is upholding marriage as the keeping of the inseparability and qualitative equality of union and procreation.
      Which is worse - physical death by abortion or this spiritual death?

      Communion is't the reward of saints but the bread of sinners. Requiring total adherence to every value of the church to receive the eucharist simply turns it into a weapon that will drive more people away from the Church. Instead of trying to convince people to change their beliefs you simply seek to expel them and forbid them from partaking in the church community. That only hurts the Church. At this rate Catholicism will be completely irrelevant in the coming centuries if that's the path it chooses to take. Also Brian claims this wasn't a politically motivated move. Then why in Pelosi's 83 years of existence and decades long track record of supporting abortion rights does this Bishop choose this moment when a right that existed for 40 years is about to be repealed? To be totally honest Brian's allegations about this being done for her soul require being consciously obtuse.

    • @javiermariscal5712

      @@paulohara4153 Partaking in Communion requires that you be in Communion. It’s in the name. The Church, throughout ALL its history, has always required that you be in agreement with all the essential teachings of the Church to receive communion. If this is weaponizing the Eucharist, we’ve been weaponizing the Eucharist fir 2000 years. This is simply not the case, this is for Pelosi’s own good. Also, according to the Archbishop he has been reaching out to Pelosi for 10 years before he made this decision. He HAS been trying to convince her. The Church is also a mother, a loving mother disciplines her children. This action of the Bishop IS an act of teaching. The fact is Pelosi cannot receive the source and summit of our Faith while actively working against our faith. That’s absurd and its one reason when no one believes in the Eucharist anymore. No one takes it seriously. Its about time the Church gets more serious about serious things.

It's actually required that to recieve the eucharist you agree to 100% of what the church believes. That's why only catholics are allowed to receive. Otherwise anyone off the street, no matter how much they despise Christ and his teachings, could receive his body. Paul warns us against this. And the church does try to change hearts and minds. The bishop literally has given her plenty of warnings and tried to meet publicly. She has denied him every time. I'm not sure why he waited so long. She should have been cut off from the eucharist a long long time ago, but he tried everything he could. I recommend reading cannon law and the catechism on this subject. It makes it clear. And the only people who see this as political instead of spiritual are those who have elevated politics as their religion over their catholic faith. The church has maintained this position consistently for 2000 years. Our is to save souls with the truth. Not to worry about our relevance.

    (12:38) Factcheck: In the U.S., the no establishment clause would actually be read as 'Separation of Church from State'. ie: It is almost a requirement that politicians adhere to a moral tradition but they can never dictate doctrines to religious institutions.
    'wall of separation' comes only from a letter by Thomas Jefferson to a denomination calming their fears by reassuring them that the government won't impose its heavy hand on their faith.

    Nancy Pelosi has stated that, "It's not a baby until mom takes it home." That kind of opinion is not nuanced matter of "policy" or "politics". For example two people who want to reduce crime and violence may come to differing conclusions on how to accomplish that. One may say gun control the other may say tougher crime sentences. Those ideas are worthy of debate with the understanding that people are trying to solve a problem in good faith. The Catholic Church does not have a doctrinal stance on how to solve except the concepts it teaches on live and forgiveness. The clergy would be wrong to refuse communion to someone because of their policy position on issues such as gun control and sentencing. The Church does have doctrine on Abortion. Therefore politicians positions on this issue is a matter of church concern. Also, even from a civil issue, the US constitution gives us the right to "LIFE, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness." Almost all law enforcement agencies in the US have a mission statement that includes the protection of "LIFE and property". The protection of life is one of the most important roles of government. In this regard the American government has failed due to people like Ms. Pelosi. Its the job of the church to point that out. They should also point out politicians who support the death penalty and assisted suicide.
