- A meandering step by step guide to surviving all points in the Diameter of the Radius excluding the portion between points (5π/6) through (π/3) interjected by a brief discussion about the history of failed attempts to boil water.
Something that makes this game even more impressive is that the devs have hinted that they made this game with little resources (hence black blobs for enemies) which is just insane given the quality.
My roommate's been playing this game practically nonstop for the last couple months.

Commenting for the algorithm, video started playing randomly after others and i assumed from the production quality that it was a big channel.

Funny story: I uh... I lost the "tool" you are given in the final sequence of the game. While pantomiming to the monologue, I accidentally let go of my controller and threw it uh... problematically far. Into the murk. Where I couldn't see it.

5:17 "Roadside Picnic" was published 14 years before the Chernobyl Disaster. It's suspected to be a reference to the Kyshtym Disaster, a less famous Soviet nuclear disaster that occurred in 1957.

I like STALKER that much I spent 6 hours getting a full colour tattoo of a dude in SEVA suit, in the swamps, being chased by a bloodsucker as he grabs for a compass artifact. If I was not living pay check to pay check I'd totally buy a VR set just for this game. Never heard of it but thanks for bringing it to my attention.

as a man who has beaten this game 9 times, working on the tenth, and is doing a challenge where i am not allowed to buy anything and can only go to vanno to accept and turn in missions, i find this video entertaining
No matter how infuriating it can be, I can never put down this game and how fun and unique the feeling of fear and excitement it gives me each time I play.
All I know of In To The Radius is like 3 streams that are now a fair bit out-dated, and still it's been in my Steam wishlist for months. This video may be pointing me towards getting a vr setup, and I, being directly involved in the meat industry as just another cog, appreciate the steak pun. Excellent stuff

How TF do you have less then 1k subscribers? When I watched this I legit though the channel had to have at least several hundred thousand, just based on the quality of it. The quality is on-par for some of the biggest channels I've watched. Keep up the quality man, and youll get far.

I really appreciated the lyrics the most in this one, the motif of pressing forth and promising a better future, while the situation at hand is clearly as bleak as can be. I love em all, though.
This game is absolutely worth it but if your playing it for the first time do not start on the hardest difficulty you will hit a wall very quickly and you will be very sad because you have played alot of vr games and you thought you were good but this is a different kind of game
Also the sequel looks really good

I think I can say I've played most of major VR titles for many years. ITR and Subnautica in VR are the most immersive and memorable experiences I've ever had in VR. Purchased ITR2 on early access and I recommend we all do the same to support the devs.

To be fair, the only reason krocodil users occasionally need to get a limb or two hacked off is because instead of being chemists using the proper ingredients and ratios to formulate the intended product, it's a bunch of opiate zombies living almost entirely off of dope, cigarettes, booze and extremely short amounts of sleep (due to krocodil's extremely short half-life) who are boiling up their batches using battery acid, impure hardware store paint thinner and other quick and cheap solvent solutions in rusted soup cans and glass soda bottles which were never even bothered to be properly washed and sanitized. This causes the end product to be extremely impure and highly caustic. The intended chemical 'desomorphine', if medicinally pure, is only about as dangerous as any other prescription opiate, which is to say "still very dangerous to recklessly mess around with", but it won't typically be the direct cause for one's loss of major appendages.
I understand. I'm not here to judge anyone's life choices, but it is advisable not to pump fuel into your veins. Trust you me, I'll be the first to vote to relegalize psychoactive drugs for recreational use, but I have no plans to try the crack rock baked up in the section 8 housing, know what I mean?

I tend to be the embodiment of Murphy's law in this game lol. in another instance, I fell to my death in the quarry, and my brand new SCAR got launched out of the map bounds. I could see it shimmering in the fog, but could never again reach it. Good times.

Honestly I think one of the reasons I love this game is that the general landscape is somewhat similar to where I live (Alaska, most notably in the fall)

Into the radius isn't based on the Chernobyl accident but it is inspired by it what actually happened to cause the radius to appear was a meteor and my theory is that that meteor was carrying some sort of cosmic dread

Bro's saying that most enemies with armor are bullet sponges. He's using FMJ, not AP.
In that segment I actually used surplus rounds to emphasize my point, the weakest ammo type in game, but AP still does less damage than FMJ, and has an 80-90% penetration potential. So even when using the correct ammo, it's a dice roll, and I am a very bad gambler.

This might be an odd comparison but this game kinda reminds me of Death Stranding; the big empty world filled with dark unalive entities who hunt you down all the while your only company is the bag on your back and the gun in your hand.
Although the differences are also pretty clear as in death Stranding your job is to put America back together, in Into the Radius you seem to be unwittingly tearing Russia apart all for the sake of the shadowy overlords who value ill-gotten gains over the lives of the people both in and out of the radius..
