As a national sales representative (1979 to 2000), now retired, I personally hated one thing about sales. It was, the 11th Commandment which said: pitch only FEATURES AND BENEFITS of the product, DON'T MENTION THE PRICE! Yet, the number one thing the potential buyer wants to know is: "HOW MUCH DOES THE DARN THING COST"! Unmentioned prices are outrageous.
