Went to the dealer they want 8,982$ seems pretty high when the 40 efis are 1,500$ more. Was rly hoping they would be in the 7,500-8k price range instead of 9k. Just seems steep for what it is.

Not worth the pain, had boat for a year went thru two trim relay switches and alternator does not charge battery . Plus went to glades and hydraulic steer line unscrewed while running 😅😂😂😂

Yet, the number one thing the potential buyer wants to know is: "HOW MUCH DOES THE DARN THING COST"! Unmentioned prices are outrageous.

I seen the 25hp is over 8k. Is that the cheapest model? I got the harbor freight ghost 6.5 which is around 15hp and a long tail kit with a 7.5 inch prop and it pushes my Jon around 20mph for around 1k it would be nice to have a little bigger motor but the kits are a little out of my $ range.

You'd be sitting there 30 minutes hammering on it on Catahoula but I will say that beats my old 35 all day.

i use radiator fluid instead of aerosol spray. it doesn't evaporate as fast and will absorb any water that would get inside cable.
