The Borla site mentions 2014-2017 Vehicles have oval openings in rear valance. 2018-2022 Vehicles have rectangle openings. I have the the 2022 just like yours. Is there a link for the specific rectangle openings or did the one from the site just fit fine?
They fit perfectly. I did have to tweak the exhaust holders to make them fit presently in the openings but it only took a few minutes. Here is a video showing the exhaust. I hope it helps. I you need more pics let me know. th-cam.com/video/tseEEkxW5IU/w-d-xo.htmlsi=q_nsfRVSOZYJyP4b

It is a video to show what it sounds like while driving normally. If you watched the video you hear me say that the music is very low and there to keep the phone from turning up the gain on the mic when things are quiet. Listen and you can hear me griping the steering wheel and the sound of the window motor. It is a Lexus and this should tell you how low the radio volume is. Here is a video of me revving it up th-cam.com/video/tseEEkxW5IU/w-d-xo.htmlsi=88y-x18cgbJkUGhC Once again, this video is so people can hear what the exhaust sounds like during normal driving.
It's in the description, but there are always some low frequency sounds. It is barely audible when just maintaining speed. When you give it just a bit of gas you can start hearing it. Good sounds around 2000 rpm and great to awesome from 3000 rpm on up.
It's RWD. I wind up averaging 24 or 25mpg. But I'm not on highway very often. I'll get 35 or so on the highway. I sat in a 4WD and there is a big transmission hump that will be against you leg all the time
@@MOKPT3 D3 performance. Much more aggressive throttle response. Can reach higher rev limit 7200 or 7500 when VSC is disabled. I think the default rev limit is 6900, although I didn't lift the rev limit for my tune.
Yeah sounds good, it purrs, but need music off, and more pulls

@@MOKPT3 Sounds great. Definitely the best all-around axelback for the is350 imo. Thanks for the info!
Sounds amazing
Turn off the music please 🤦🏼♂️ Come on, you're doing a sound review...
Like I said in the video, my phone turns the mic up and will make it sound much louder than it is. Music is very low and off at the end.

I’m thinking about getting this. What do you think doing an aftermarket resonator swap along with this would do?
I don't think there is any need to swap the resonator. It sounds really good with the Borla. However I really don't know what the resonator would do.
Any drone inside the vehicle
@centralfloridaidiotdrivers407 The only droning sound (if you can call it that) is around 3000 RPM and it is a very slight low baritone sound.

On a side note.....I am looking at one of these car's what kind of gas mileage are you getting?? and is yours the AWD or the RWD?

Ty for the response
@@nicks1137I drive highway 3 days/week, the rest is city. I average 20mpg. So pretty bad tbh
Are the rear and front Tire size different? Like staggered wheels? I heard you can't do a tire rotation from front to back with this IS350@@MOKPT3
Wooooooooooooh
I have the same thing. I use a ECU tune as well. Haha
What is the ECU tune like?
