Crazy how much of a repeat you see in fighting games. A character low tier early on than later on with lot of training there is always a player who masters it and then somehow everyone says "He is op he needs a nerf" when before they said he is underpowered

Your Flash was like Pepeday with El Fuerte or like Ninjakilla with Lui Kang. It is an art and one of the most beautiful things to watch. Unique and extremely strong character gameplay.
I stopped going off of tier lists. It's so stupid. It's mainly used as an excuse for players to use when they lose to certain characters. And even still, a lot of people can't even agree on where certain characters are on tier lists. That's why I'd get hate mail claiming I got "carried" using a bottom tier character.
Flash day 1 definitely looked terrible until people figured out running man neutral and execution and the dash punch is only good as a long range punisher.

HoneyBee, did you ever play against HappyPow when I2 was at its life cycle? I remember there was a bracket in a tournament (I think it was Viennality) that if both of you won certain matches, you would end up fighting, but that didn't happen

I think he uses it for setups or to cover distance. Sometimes it's used as a 50/50
