My favorite city, been six times. My first trip was backpacking from Zimbabwe to CapeTown with a diversion to Durban. Then taking the Garden Route to CapeTown. That trip was crazy, I'll never forget it for the rest of my life.
@@TheBackpackstersI was a young naive, Indian, (Mumbai) American. I started my journey in Kenya as well but I did a overland trip from Nairobi to Harare, Zimbabwe. Then I backpacked on my own to South Africa. I had a amazing and memorable adventure. I also ended up taking train from CapeTown to Johannesburg in second class. I was told by the travel agent it's not safe but I didn't have money to fly. What a adventure. Changed my life.
Very cool border crossing. Bullet was so cute haha. He was godsent. He took care of you guys like a father figure. Navneeth using the cat 🐈 as dumbell though. 😂
I enjoyed the food at “a taste of India” too! I’m still missing Namibia and it was 3 years ago! Can’t wait to be back You guys will love Cape Town too. Was there 4 months ago.
That was a quick trip from the border to Cape town Unfortunately in your haste you've missed the opportuny to experience the many gorgeous breathtaking peaceful little towns along the coast and inland until you reach the friendly beautiful big city of Cape Town. You'll have a great adventure in Cape Town for sure if you stop worrying it being safe because it is a very safe destination, millions of visitors the world over agrees.❤
Thank you for watching! We found South Africa very beautiful from the moment we crossed in... Hopefully we'll get to see more beautiful towns along the journey across the country 😍
Hi guys, please on your next visit hope you spend more time in Johannesburg, would love to take you around our political heritage routes and sites. Enjoy, stay blessed…
Namibia is the second least inhabited country in the world after Mongolia. People should be aware of that before trying to hitchhike there. Thank you, sir and ma'am.
Nearly all who come to travel there know this ,ma'am - think we've explained this many times over in multiple vlogs (unless people don't watch it to understand the context) 😃
My first video watching you, welcome to South Africa. Yes, SA have safety and security issues, we dont deny that, but it is better to speak to locals, other Africans have a skew look (no offence). But, SA is also home to the most friendly people, who will go out they way to help you.
Thank you so much! In our days here, we have already experienced a lot of kindness from South Africans from across backrgounds - it truly is a rainbow nation!
@TheBackpacksters the usual.in Capetown, and the garden route , Knysna and then in and around Joberg where we l8ved with our friend's. Suncity, cradle.of.humanity Pilanesberg. The Harbour area and the table mountain was the best
@TheBackpacksters yes I studied in india bhopal so lived there for 4 years but was always in Bangalore huderabad pune goa agra delhi and many other places
We as South Africans we don't appreciate what you label about South Africa. How is South African the most dangerous country in Africa while they're countries in Africa who are in war? South Africa is the most visited country in Africa so why people are visiting it while it is the most dangerous country in Africa please make it make sense?
@@blochspin The African countries that have wars are the ones who are dangerous in Africa not South Africa we don't have war here🫣😅 He should just said the most Visited country in Africa.
Namibia's crime rate is much higher than South Africa's I moved from SA to Namibia and I have only experienced 1 breackin in SA in the 14 years that I lived there and in Namibia I experienced 9 breckins in 1 and a half years and we have had armed robery warnings and I almost got hit by a armed robery vehical and we have had about 28 workers who worked for us and they all either stole or did not work at all so SA wins in the more safe department for me and also the cheaper and more advanced and friendlier and more accesable countrey
Why r u lying...just because you experienced crime it does not mean that the nation is got high crime...south africa has a lot of violent crimes...students r assaulted on trains unalived gbv...come on...all the major cities in sa r top ten most dangerous in Africa....SA is ranked higher in the world in terms of crime as well...
@@TheBackpacksters I withdraw my strong words, may be you wanted to attract viewership for your content, that why your video heading says ".....the most dangerous country...." Bullet, what an absolutely gem of a man!!! You have done southern africa very proud.
@blochspin proud of what by labeling South Africa the most dangerous country in Africa?

Happy you made it to South Africa after the initial visa uncertainties while still in Zambia.
Thank you!
Oh that was lovely. Glad you arrived safely. A pity you couldn't spend time in the little towns before Cape Town. Look after yourselves.

You left Namibia before the rain.
We experienced rain in the north at the start of November!
How is SA dangerous?, that's myopism to call SA the most dangerous country in Africa. Its never proper, thats bigotism at its best.

I think you understand what we have said about that subject in this video! 😊
Apart from warzones or countries from recent wars, it's the most dangerous especially in the urban areas
