Step 1 grind and roast your ore. If you likr you can capture the vapors to get all kinds of stuff. Take your roasted ore and density sort to concentrate it. Take your concentrates and roast again and mix with aluminum nachining chips or charcoal sand and limesone in a cone furnace. At the bottom will be your metals mostly copper iron lead silver and gold. Electrolyze this in sulfuric acid to get copper and remove iron then heat to decomposition to get a button using charcoal and borax and cupelle the rest to get silver and gold. Use nitric to get silver then filter crude gold off. Use streetips methods to refine disolved silver and crude gold. Any questions i could help with this, also streetips could probably do so as well.❤
omg so much to tell you. acid wash with an oxidizer (oxi clean) and water + heat 120F + agitation. then raise the ph to 11 and leach with an alchaline leach like eco gold ex then precipitate with zinc and wash with sulphuric. then smalt the blacks.
Enjoyed this one but dang that's frustrating sitting on a pile of good ore and not getting the gold out of it. I've roasted pyrite ore before and maybe you know the answer to this. Should you use a magnet to get the iron out of the roasted cons or does that bring the gold with it? Trying to figure out the best way to get gold out of pyrite cons.
Gold is a byproduct of your ore even if it's "gold ore" get lots of silver copper iron and lead. The trick is to get an ingot of mixed metal and electrolyze it to grab copper. Then you got silver sulfate plus gold. Roast with charcoal then use nitric to concentrate your gold and disolve lead and silver. ❤😊
I sure don't have any tips to help you but I do enjoy seeing your process.
smelt with a 1 oz silver coin insted of lead

@@bosrecreationalmining thanks man!
I watched your video on treating the sulfides with oxyclean and muratic acid. Looking forward to the next one!
Yes zinc is a great collector if your ore has a low iron content.
