that was also known as d-227 the redeemer. what redeemer does is that ot takes the appearence of a black revolver with golden covers and when touched, the redeemer will spawn a ghost-like demon that is called d-227-1 the hanger, the hanger is a female according to the doc and whenever hanger spawns, u will be in a minigame where you will hold a knife and you need to spam am much as possible to stab the hanger, if u do not complete the minigame, you will end up stabbing urself. hope this helped
