Woa staying in Osaka for a few months for work? Curious what industry you work in if that's not giving away too much info? Glad to see you back posting!
Boku no natsuyasumi 2 and Bokura no kazoku at 6:55 definitely would have come home with me. Also the Makaimura/Incredible Machine crossover game at 14:43 is a really neat find - have been on the lookout for that one. I think that price is OK too.
I’ve seen and have all from 1980-Now I have every console and tons of games what a life of gaming throughout the decades game hunting is the never ending story
They just announced Switch 2 this morning, guess who was up 1am in the morning? This guy! 😂. They'll do the presentation April 2nd, will you be there to check it out? They have the hands on experience booth locations and dates on the website.
Pricing seems good, nothing stands out for me though. My wanted list is small these days. I got doremi fantasy sfc for Xmas as a guy down the road (2.5 miles) is selling up and has the big bangers. This month I'm getting ardy light foot sfc.
@RetroReWire wow you remember me well. Yeah I came to japan 3x and never found doremi. Then someone 2.5 miles away puts it on ebay. I paid £500 for it though but it came with everything in great condition. Ardy light foot is a platformer. The guy had at least 50000 dollars worth of sfc/snes games for sale. He had magical popn sfc boxed with manual for £1500. I have 17 more items on my list but not seeing them on your videos. Or anyone else's videos for that matter.
I just left Osaka. I was there for work. My overall feeling was not super positive. Similar to your feeling about Surugaya here in Kobe. I'm more into consoles rather than games, but still, prices and supply are underwhelming.i had a much better experience in smaller cities or prefecture. Osaka was particularly overpriced
Best spots for me when I’m in Japan from 1980-Now are Hard off hobby off book off Off house mode Off traders suragaya thrift stores swap meets flea markets and super potato
@@RetroReWireoh I know them all I’m not trying to name the hidden less known spots haha they’re great though do you remember Friends they just closed for retirement the couple that owned it I also have a secret all sealed cheap spot in Fukuoka
hey boss could you do me a favor, i am trying to buy chrono trigger for the super nintendo, can u glance over the price of some common games next time especially chrono trigger, just wanna know what they go for over there. ❤
The Super Famicom version is averaging at about ¥3,300. BOOK OFF and Furuichi are good options for that version of the game. The DS version goes for more money, but I hear it features fun ENG language options. Cheers!

That's right, the hunt never ends!
The japanese voices in Starfox 64 are epic.
Yeah! Especially the villains. Love that game. Cheers!

Do me a favour , keep an eye out for the club Nintendo wavebird and what prices they’re going for now 😊
I haven't seen the Club Nintendo Wavebird yet. When I do, I'll be sure to film it. Cheers!

Nice pickup! I remember you mentioning Doremi Fantasy. I recall Ardy Lightfoot from years ago. It's platformer, right?

Furuichi, Mandai Shoten, GuruGuru, Treasure Factory, and GEO are also worthy spots.
