I was alive. I was probably three years old when this happened.
That's one of those days where you remember where you were, what you were doing, and who you were with. It felt so surreal. I still get angry when I think about it.

There’s something that I’ve always wanted to do, is to go to New York and go to the Memorial Tower to light up candles to try to pay respects to all the people that died in that day. Even though I’m not American I still love this country as a Puerto Rican no matter what. And everytime when I think about 9/11 I always get emotional.❤️🇺🇸🇵🇷

My 3rd grade teacher told us a huge story that year for that whole week. She had been living in NYC that tragic day and was walking from work 2 streets down and watched it all happen. Imagine being the one who just walked out from work at the World Trade Center and saying bye to your friends and they all are dead 5 seconds later.
The fear in that plane knowing that there was no escape from their inevitable death must of been horrifying. I pray for the victims🙏♥️

I spent my entire life avenging; and bringing those responsible, and some unlucky souls in wrong place. I have never seen or known their names. It didnt matter. My ❤️ and respects to all.
Me and my family took a day when we were in Boston to go to NYC for the and the museum. It a wall of 2000+ pictures of all the people identified that died during the attacks, including the firefighters and police officers. It showed the live news of the attacks, it even had a wall of who caused/planned the attacks. I didn't want to go in from now sad it was. 22 years is crazy.
I asked Siri how many years ago 9/11 was in. This is the response I got. 1112 years ago is what Siri said.
I was only 8 when this happened but I lived in Newark nj and from my window you could see the towers across the river , witnessing all those people die was horrific for an 8 year old 😢

My mom was a student teacher at the time and she worked by the airport from witch the plane tookoff at and she remembers everything from that day. She was a kindergarden student teacher and she was one of the only people at that school bc the kids all got picked up and some of the teachers had to leave. Also it was the first year that school had been open and the beginning of the school year.😢

Today, 9/11 ‘23, it was so weird to wake up at 12 p.m. I slept in and thought that 22 years ago, I would have woken up to the towers gone and thousands of lives taken. But hardly anyone talks about it anymore. The day was so calm I almost forgot it was the 11th. If today were 22 years before, the world would feel so loud, like it would end. It's so eerie to know that.

For anyone that doesn’t know, 9/11 was a very horrific day in American history on September 11 2001 8:46 AM an airplane hit the upper Floors on the northern twin tower word trade center. The plane crashed through the building and caused LOTS of metal scraps and debris of the building blew down to the surface and a massive explosion. Some of the building broke down and caught fire lots of people died due to fire, being crushed by debris and structure of the building, and lots of people jumped out of the building because they didn’t want to burn alive. Many people thought it was an accident that the plane hit the World Trade Center, or war, but then at 9:03 AM a second plane hit the southern tower. We all found out this was a terrorist attack. Smoke filled the air and thousands died. The southern tower lasted 56 minutes before collapsing to the ground killing everyone in the building except for 20 survivors of the collapsing . The northern tower lasted an hour and 42 minutes before collapsing too. The dust and debris storm covered the surounding buildings killing thousands. This day will never be forgotten.
I pray for the families and the dead innocent people to keep well in heaven or in life. But the fact my school didn’t remember this year is very sad..
