Here's a thought for not having bad merch returned, how about having a signature/symbol stamped onto them or something with a press or some kind of machine, just something being done that will still look nice (Whatever it may be) that can't be removed from the products unless you want to destroy them, so that way people in need can get lots of good stuff and the company won't have to worry about being screwed over :) Edit: Oh, and of course to have the symbol or whatnot placed on an area that wont be see or noticed by others (To avoid being bullied) and for staff to be trained where to look in case if anyone decides to try and get a "refund" :)

In Finland if you use your own car for work, you are compensated 0.46 eur / km. So this 300 km trip (back and forth) would compensate him 280 euros (or USD). Which is in addition to his hourly salary.
He said they make 1.6 Million Dozen golf balls a year... Why word it like that? That's so strange. Why not just say the actual amount instead of including dozen. Weird. I've never heard anyone say that before. But then again... That's coming from a guy that is in disguise with no disguise and added Adidas to the end of the name TaylorMade for no reason whatsoever. So I guess that makes sense.
