There needs to be Shellac FAQ! In the meantime: Steve and Bob are both using custom amp cases, inside of which are Traynor TS-50B amp heads. See: www.offsetguitars.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=25350
those sounds out of the guitar.. should be any bands wet dream... how could most people choose fashion artist backing track bullshit over this? its like my mind is on paper
Shellac: Canada / You Came In Me / Riding Bikes - Oakland, 7/12/15 25.7.23 patenting the specific shellac sound (or big black before it) would certainly be an Albini thing to do... wouldn't it? you would have to be specific about a certain set of tonal values and tautness of string or recording set up on the decks etc etc... dunno how limiting that would be and albini has discussed this before. obviously...... but... it would be interesting. ummmmmmm.. i know that's a big discussion in itself re: the technicalities of law...and music.... and a certain moment in time... though re: people gettin' upset that you aint upset about being given the knock back re: certain aspects of one's life... i say: ahah ahah ah ah! their inscessant desire for moddycoddling and affirmation is kindda tedious....
