Love that you're willing to make yourself look worse for a bit to be a hell lot better in the long term. Extremely professional, great and humble attitude. The fact you're willing to learn, be humble and be considerate of your customer isn't taken for granted believe me.
I really enjoyed your video! Ive been barbering for a number of years and watch a lot of videos- yours was easy to understand and you touched on so many important points (like the wrist position) a lot of other people never mention. I will be sharing this! Ty!
I’m a cosmetologist and the other day I faded 2 guys and I was so proud of myself and I know it was from binge watching your videos. Thank you so much 😊 keep doing what you’re doing!!! Teaching is definitely your calling !!!! #KissesFromKy
This will be easier for me to taper & blend because this makes a lot more sense than the numbers & switching between lever open and closed. I need to go off what i see
Nice cut I use the Jrl's also they cut really well and are powerful and if you zero gap them and put on the fade blade that cut really close and all u need to do is follow up with the shaver. I eventually got use to having the lever in the middle, not an issue now. 👍👍
I love my JRL’s especially since I’m left handed. I noticed you mentioned about the adjuster slipping. Yes that does happen but for me it don’t bother because if and when it does slip, it only slips to the open position, which does not pose any danger. If it were to slip to the close position, now we’re playing with Fire. At least in my opinion. 😊🤷🏽♂️
Looks like it requires you to really observe where you are cutting and maybe can be as good or neat as using guards when you master the skill. I think it would be rewarding to do clipper over comb.
Hey for that bottom guideline, u can take your slim line trimmers just as your were balding him out but instead of going against the grain, take the back of the blade with the teeth against the bottom line and tap the line out by moving downward with the trimmer. I hope that's clear
Hey bro, you know the clippers that come without the lever, are you still able to open and close the blades? Or are the clippers without the lever blade exchangeable? By the way what clipper was you using in the video?
Amazing cut bro especially since you didn't use no guards the only time I've done that is with straight hair clients because their hair sticks straight out and I could take the Clipper and just go straight up with no problem
Juan Cordova yep it was definitely challenging to do on coarse hair. This was actually my first time attempting to do this when I recorded the video but it turned out good
i have to cut my dads hair because of quarantine and he wants a fade and i’m terrified i’m j watching tutorials because all we have is clippers and comb
I just cut my husband hair like just bald sides and I braid the top I'm watching this to learn how to fade and I'm somewhat intermediate in cutting hair I trim my own hair which is 14inches and curly but its something about cutting that just comes naturally I can say I never used guard even when my uncle taught me
Rewatching this, I think it's a good skill to have but clippers with no guards would never be as accurate as clippers with guards although that isn't a bad thing. It depends what one is going for, just been watching some traditional scissor haircuts that are intentionally a bit messy for example.
Confess that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart the God raised him from the dead, and you will be saved. Repent of your sins. ("Repent" is Latin. In terms of Christianity.. It means "To Turn Away." Turn away from your sins, refuse to go back to who you once were.) Be baptized. (Be completely submerged under water) And the Holy Spirit will gift you. This is important, remember this, JESUS CHRIST LOVES YOU
this is kinda like saying "how to eat with no money" but then the person in the video pulls out a $10 bill and says "this is the only time ill use money".....
I’m noticing that your videos are evolving into thorough content each time you post! Your work isn’t going unnoticed man!! 💯 Clean cut!
Thanks 🙏

That video is so Underrated.
Using a comb as a guard and
that blade line up were impressive. No enhancement needed.
So basically you used the comb as a guard. Great technique to master. Good job.
I really enjoyed your video! Ive been barbering for a number of years and watch a lot of videos- yours was easy to understand and you touched on so many important points (like the wrist position) a lot of other people never mention. I will be sharing this! Ty!
Man, I have learned SO much from your videos! You are a natural-born teacher. Thanks, BSD!
Truthfully this was a great video! Nice commentary, good information, and excellent skill. Quality cut with natural lines!
Insane cut man, love the narration too

Who's watching cause all the guards got lost
im in cosmetology school now watching this for a refresh cause my teacher taught me clipper over comb for fades 😂
Looks like it requires you to really observe where you are cutting and maybe can be as good or neat as using guards when you master the skill. I think it would be rewarding to do clipper over comb.

Can you do a fade with the jrl clippers in your next video
Thank you so much. I needed this. 😊
i have to cut my dads hair because of quarantine and he wants a fade and i’m terrified i’m j watching tutorials because all we have is clippers and comb
Notice your switching the lever but not sure how your switching it up. However, your cuts are soo clean.
I don't have the jrl clipper. but I have some called ion and the cut great. Far as zero gap goes there not at all.
Bruh has better skills than I do. 😳 I have a weakness of clipper over comb but not scissors ✂️. I will get better at it
I just cut my husband hair like just bald sides and I braid the top I'm watching this to learn how to fade and I'm somewhat intermediate in cutting hair I trim my own hair which is 14inches and curly but its something about cutting that just comes naturally I can say I never used guard even when my uncle taught me
I have wahl clippers but I don’t have a lever
🔥🔥
Really nice cut without using guards. The closest I’ve come if this count was using detachables blades. ❤️❤️
Belinda Barker thanks!
Back in school we weren't aloud to. So with that being said I have cut without guards
How do you fade with no lever
I’ve been cutting without guards for over 30 years a lot people don’t know it’s a fast way of cutting if you know what your doing.
I’ve been working on no guards. Want to ditch them entirely. This is the first video I saw from you. It was way good.
Bro if I had a Clíp like that it would be so easy the problem with mine is it cuts skin or just doesn’t cut at all there’s no in between🤦🏾♂️
Jesus Christ luvs us all 💜❤️💜
How do you start a 'how to fade hair with no guard'... with a guard🤔
7:59
It’s fire if I had to name that haircut It would be called “ five gum fade” because of the line😂
👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Man, don’t say no gaurds and then the first thing you do is pull out a two gaurd
this is kinda like saying "how to eat with no money" but then the person in the video pulls out a $10 bill and says "this is the only time ill use money".....
The headline said NO GUARD, and then you fucking starts cutting with a freaking guard on 🤦
Them clippers trash.
