This is why I love removable headshells

Had a little bit of an idea for you. It's not necessarily doing the same turntables over and over it might be the same tables with different problems, and that's what's interesting. I can think I can speak for most of us that love your videos. If you make a video we will watch it. You have a great delivery and I really enjoy them

i wish you the best and this is some tedious but beautiful job. one thing though: one can not put any cartridge on any tonearm, one needs to match the effective mass of the tonearm to the cartridge compliance

Those ultra fine wires are hard to solder because they burn away if overheated. Lower heat is ideal, but man good job. I sell 5 or 6 tables a month and haven't a single table in 2 months....just the time of year. I do not accept service work unless it is a Dual 1219, 1229, 1019, 1009. Those make enough money for me to bother.

Have you done a video on tracking down a buzzing that is not easily found? Or anything with ground wiring? Would be super interested in finding that.

Enjoy your break. It surprises me that you don't get more views but then you don't say stuff like: Well you put this arm on, and it does this, and sounds like this, and makes your Pink Floyd sound better. 😁

Yep, I have $1.00 readers, of varying strengths, laying pretty much everywhere in my house and shop. I have some +3.5 that I keep handy for soldering, but that doesn’t help my shaky hands. It’s a challenge.

Boy do i agree on the aging process when it comes to eyesight! I hated it when first I lost my distance then my closeup because I used to work on very small wires like your doing now! Sucks!

I'd never go back to fixed headshells and I don't think fixed headshells bring any sonic benefits.
