Today's menu was our usual taro and Luau, but I also added a Luau mamoe with coconut cream and picked garlic and chilli oil. We also baked a ham and I made one of my favorite curry specials.

That’s how I do my curry. Cook all seasonings in oil with curry then throw in chicken
Love it...and it tastes so much better this way as the chicken doesn't break down into small bits if it's boiled first.🥰
