You should check its connection, or turn the volume of it up.

Apparently the volume jog is just an added clutter and more tangled cables. They shouldve integrate the vol in one of the satellite like the usual. what were they thinking godamt

Is it just mine but when I plug headphones/earphones into the 3.5mm jack, the audio is reaaaally soft so I have to max the volume controller. Thats an issue when I have to remove the headphones, because I have to turn the audio back to low again. Just me?
does your headphones have a separate volume? for the operating system, it will detect that the headphone is a different audio device so with separate volume settings
@@AndrewDy no seperate volume. Just regular ones. Eitherway i read online its normal because the Puck doesnt have a DAC. Thanks for responding tho!
I had the same issue but for it was the aux cable. I changed it and now it sounds very nice and clear.
Just ordered these since my old Logitech speakers just broke..the cord got ripped out and is broken, are these better than the Z323? 😭

there are only two 4 o 10W units，tweeter Units are fake.
The music blasts in the beginning of the video, and then you have this soft talking. Think about evening out your volume levels.

You should have taken the bubble wrapping of the box first then filming the unboxing theres a terrible noise coming off them and the mic is generating some dodgy blood curdling squeak skin to freddy crugers knifes SORT it out brother

ah, meron naman ung main speaker.. ung top maybe just design.. for me ok naman ung price to performance.
They are crap and you will regret buying them. I bought these a few days ago and yes, they do sound good, they look good (I don't care about the fake tweeters),
but they have a major (very stupid) flaw - the idiotic and terribly implemented standby mode.
These speakers will go to standby if:
-there is no sound for 20-30 minutes
-there IS sound, but the volume of the output device is too low (yes, really!)
-if you turn off your PC/TV/Whatever
That is all fine and dandy, if they could wake up from this idiotic standby mode on their own. Well guess what, they don't!
You HAVE TO manually turn them off and on again on the volume puck to get sound.
Imagine how stupid this is if you buy these as a living room media set, so if you lose sound, you have to go to the TV to turn these pieces of crap off and on so you can have sound again.
This goes even if you turned off your PC or TV, in the mean time they go into standby, you turn your PC or TV back on but you won't get sound until you turn the speakers off and on again. They don't wake up from the standby on their own!!! What the actual hell? Also, there is no mention of this "feature" anywhere on their site or product documentation.
If that is not terrible design I don't know what is. To add insult to injury, while browsing frantically to find a solution for this moronic flaw, I read somewhere that Logitech implemented this mainly to keep their speakers from dying within the guarantee period. This crap is implemented in most of their new production low-mid range speakers, so I would stay away from their products entirely. I am dead sure I won't buy s**t from Logitech ever again. Even if their mice are quite good and I own two of their models for quite some time now. This has been a frustrating experience for me on so many levels, mainly since it was so hard to get them at this point (I messaged 15 sellers and only 2 had them in stock where I live), so I over-payed a nice sum and I was so hyped to get a decent set of speakers for my living room.
sorry to hear about your frustrations on the product.. in the period i have used this, i didnt encounter the same problem as you had. maybe you can ask for replacements? might be a factory defect..
@@AndrewDy After some testing confirmed they go into standby on a 2h timer, whatever you do with them. Only way to turn them back on is with the on/off switch. A refund is not an option, because the seller is considering them as working, he does not care about the standby. I am communicating with the logi support to make them confess this standby mode is a thing, but no luck so far. They pull the "weak signal" explanation, which I've proven is not true. They turn off whatever the signal strength is. Very disappointed with the speakers, specially since this 2h turn off timer is not mentioned anywhere.

@@AndrewDy Update: After some exausting back and forth with logitech support, they agreed to send replacement speakers. I am happy to say that the replacement speakers do not have this. They still do have the standby enabled, but it wakes up as it should when sound is played. But from what I found online when reading this, it has happened to a few people before me as well.
