I prefer her as a roamer, i steal the mid laners minions when the turtle is about to spawn so im lvl 4 and i burst down the enemy jungle because eudora has insane damage.
I also use flicker with pull yourself together as doing so would allow me to maximize her activity in the game, it allows me to create opening

I main eudora only at rank, here is some of my opinion about your gameplay...
1) eudora have mana problem especially at low level, so try to save your mana by using basic attack to last hit minion.
2) do not waste mana on creep at lv1 to help jungler, mana better value to cast on enemy hero, to make chance for blink+combo kill for easy 200 gold.
3) if really want to use skill clear wave, use only skill 1 (to last hit) but not skill 2, because no enemy will scare of eudora that have no stun, especially enemy that can come to u from far, example ling fanny hayabusa.
The rest should be standard as a full dmg build eudora that mostly stand behind team.
