Love Don as a character and his playing career speaks for itself. He took over a trash team and took to the threshold of championships. Roger took over a championship contender and left a very good cowboy team. Danny took over a very good but beginning to age team and left a trash team. Troy took over trash and won 3 rings before the salary cap gutted the cowboys. That being said. I have serious issues with Troy not at the top spot followed closely by Staubach and Meredith after them there is a huge gap but yeah White and then Romo
