Tbf, it’s not ALWAYS like that, as you asked. Certain clubs/teams are known for their atmosphere, and at those stadiums you can expect something similar everytime there is a game of even the ”slightest” importance!! 😳
Guys, check how we celebrate in Croatia

I am not supporter of this football club, but this is impresive. They celebrated 70th aniversary of supporters club
come to a greek football match please
Pick derby games or ‘important games’, season deciders or cup finals
This video literally took the worst fan moments from the USA lol there are plenty of good fan moments in the USA, not better than European football fans but USA has good fan moments too.
just to let yall know, the clip of the frankfurt fans making that stadium move like that is not dangerous or concerning because the stands are built to do that. the same architectural technology is used in skyscrapers and bridges in some cases. theyre designed to withstand tectonic activity. if it was a solid structure that doesnt allow movement, it would have crumbled. but the way its designed allows the fans to go crazy.
that's what you would like to believe but there have been stadium collapses during European Football games resulting in the deaths and injuries to fans.
@@jeffburnham6611 who?
@@jeffburnham6611 that's like "some buildings collapse" in response to the skyscraper point.
Yes, some stadiums have collapsed. Were they were ones that were designed in this special way OP described??
Maybe visit De Kuip ones, that's most crazy movibg stands.
It is dangerous thats why jumping on the upper levels is banned
The thing is, European fans don't need cheerleaders in the stands to encourage fans to support our teams, we just go crazy because it's passion. Europe is passionate about football, or rugby, or other sports, and the fans show it.
The rugby world cup is next year, come on over and be a part of the passionate atmosphere. 😃
in all fairness college football crowds in the states and rugby crowds are pretty comparable. both decent atmospheres
@@chadchadderton i think it's different, here in Europe we live for our football teams, this is not just for a game, we live our passion every day. That's not a question of how loud are european crowds, we're talking about of how much we love football
@@samuelecomegna3061 thats the european ignorance right there. firstly europeans are far from the most passionate sports fans. south americans and south asian/south east asians take that crown. europeans and australians are pretty even tho. anyways people always discredit american sports for their fans... they have big fan culture. just like all over the world people in america live and breath their teams. its who they are, no different to europe. just because the country doesnt have the same gameday fan culture doesnt mean they arent as passionate.
@@chadchadderton to be fair Europe and South America are the best. Best ones I have ever been to are in England. Football is there life. They did crrate it to be fair.
@@johnfurey3593 if the best fans youve seen are from england then they must be the only fans you have seen. dont be ignorant
"Is it always like that?" I guess it depends on how big a team is and what stakes are at play, but I'd say it's pretty common for the fans to be this hyper for major league games :D
Also varies by country, sometimes us from europe kinda do americans a disservice by talking about europe as one place and then get annoyed when they dont understand how diffrent each country is.
Like swedish fans, are not nearly as wild as let's say serbian, turkish or fuck it all of the balkans are, for example.
@@moldveien1515 can’t say for others but in Germany people go insane every game pretty much, happens even in smaller local games
Yes, when it is the day of the match everything goes in the second place only the match matters.
Biggest teams doesn't necessarly have the most invested and crazy (in a positive sense) fans, for exemple Monaco never has big reaction, but small english club's crowd could be so loud and it's the same in many countries, including eastern europe where fans can go wild.
@@moldveien1515i would say in denmark for example its only the biggest clubs like fck that make that kind of things in denmark we are inspired by the german fans like hsv köln frankfurt and dortmund and so on. But in balkan thats not good atmosphere that sthraight up helle and england is only chants sometimes
You can become adopted Europeans! We welcome anyone to our football games, come along, love it, be a part of it and you'll be welcomed with open arms! Another great reaction fellas
So true. We love to share. Asians and all. Come along fellows
And don't forget to try real beer while you're here
Yes as long as you don't join the wrong section, supporting the wrong team, happened before and didn't end well.
@@richardoliveira153 Asians and all? bit of a weird and specific thing to say? 😅
Lol oh no.. dont get it wrong. Just cause we not used to see them support the sport.. thats all
As an Icelander I was happy to see the viking clap and also happy to had the privilege to be on that game,Just fricking mad good time we had there in france 2016
European love football to dead. Almost all matches the stadium is filled. 🔥
South america >>
Unless your Man city then your stadium is NEVER full
@@thequietman760 54k average every game
@@Pzki1907 Yeah that happens when you sell premier league tickets to students for £12...
@@Pzki1907 if I sold 1000 tickets for 1p and no one showed up I still sold out. 🫤
Football clubs in Europe go beyond sport they represent for alot of the clubs throughout Europe over a 100 years of tradition and form a massive part of the community. Sometimes the loyalty and love towards our football team even beats the love and loyalty towards our country.
When you see a few thousand fans walking down the street together, they're away fans! That's the big difference, US doesn't have large numbers of away fans. Having away vs home fans in the stadiums adds to the atmosphere greatly
The Frankfurt stadium isn't dangerous, it's supposed to do that to counter the weight of all the fans, many stadiums are built like that
The video was from an away game in Nürnberg :P
@@sissox5837 still applies
De Kuip most bounching stadium in the world.
8:20 it depends on the club, but a lot of ultras turn up to every game with the same energy.
Every game for Crystal Palace has a huge energy. Liverpool is beautiful to behold. And the London derby between Tottenham and Arsenal the other day was an amazing atmosphere.
Tottenham and Arsenal....the yids v the gooners, BORING. Both couldnt fight sleep 🤣😆😁🤣😅😆👋👋👋👋👋👋
Sorry to say but every stadium in this video is more safe than an elementary school in the US and its not even a lie...
11:30
"Framåt Malmö"
"Heja di blåe"
"Forward Malmö"
"Come on the blues"
Call and respond chant from the most champions of Sweden Malmö FF.
That was away with 3500 Malmö fans outsinging 36500 Chelsea fans on Stamford Bridge.
The home atmosphere can be really crazy.
I respect you guys, all the best from Bajen :) the two craziest matches I've ever watched was our Svenska cupen Clash against Heif in 2010 and your home game against Salzburg.
Chelsea doesn't have real fans. Just those that follow the money.... Not that they have money anymore lol
@@imperialdebauchery5988 True.
Many seats are reserved for foreign friends and business partners to the owner and the ticket prices are hilarious what I heard.
The cheapest ticket cost as much as one of our most expensive categories here at Malmö FF, what I heard much to keep common "rowdy" fans away.
Forza di blåe 💙
@@imperialdebauchery5988 You know that Chelsea was a pretty good club before Abramovic? Late 90s with Zola and Leboeuf, Desailly and Deschamps that won the world cup with France.
You are welcome. And you will never forget an experience like this. We really love football ,we cry when they loose ,we party hard when they winn. And we love them in good and bad❤❤
Appreciate your comment family
The guys In Eastern Europe are probably the craziest
And most racist unfortunately.
@@evenflow1981 yes.

No, south America and Africa tops
Frankfurt have some of the best fans in Europe. They took over the Camp Nou in the Europa league, always loud and in numbers
You'll meet the greatest fans in the world in Seville. You'll recognise them, they'll be wearing blue shirts.
@@colinbrown7305 Posts that did not age well.
Hello U. S Brothers! Italy is watching you and you are welcome!! 😁🇮🇹👍🏻🥂👋🏼
In Italy all the fans put the same energy during all the matches. There are some teams where the sense of belonging is very strong, really strong and there is a fans organization that manages choirs, choreography, flags, banners ....
Went with an American guest to a soccer game in Dortmund (D, BVB), bevor the game he asked: 'do they have kiss-cam or a look-a-like camera, something like that?',
'um no'
'Why not?'
'you won't feel like kissing, just don't ask, you will see'
...
...
'ok, I know what you meant' 😁
Hey guys, thanks for this video! I'm an AC Milan Fans ( you know from italy, Milan) and i swear that for us every game is as you could see in the small part of the video (7:35- 8:04). In Italy, but also in Europe the fans of our team is considered one of the most important and respected, for the passion and strength that we put before, during and after each match. For us it is not only typhus, it is as if it ran through our veins, it is something difficult to explain
Its in your blood, I have friends that I only ever see on match days, but we travel across the whole of England together, and luckily for us we travelled across Europe when we qualified for European competition, they are like brothers, going to the pub for a few hours before the games does help with the atmosphere though.
Hey, check out South American fans… Brazil, Argentina, Uruguai, Colômbia… they’re wild!!
Also noth african
Even more wild than Europe
@@majali2177 sure, I’m somewhat familiar with fans from Morocco, Tunisia and Egypt, and they are FIRE 🔥
@@vitoravila9908 in egypt the ultras started the revolution in 2011 and the hole country then followed them
So it is more than a game of football for ultras fans around the world
Unfortunately the government then made a huge huge dirty move by not putting police and gates between two rivals purposely which lead to a huge fight and 72 ultras ahlawi members died that day
And the banned the fans from studiums till now cause they knew how ultras efected the country.... football ultras is the only way to show how poor or normal people think not like political parties.
Respect bro
South america is the begging of this kind of fans cause they breath football
Ever heard about West Africa?fans will actually storm the pitch and kick players ass if they mess up and the police will let them do it,these are well documented.
@@tonyejiro7641 In that case those can't be called "fans" and that can't be called "sport".
Hello from România, we in Europe love football and yes most of our games are like this, but much biger if a country play with another country❤. We love our players, our teams ❤🇷🇴🇷🇴🇷🇴 ❤ I love my " crazy " europeans ❤ the last was my country❤❤❤
Ca patrioți suntem greu de întrecut.
little fun fact after a German Frankfurt game like on 10:36. all grandstands have to be checked for damage haha :P greetings from germany, we also won the European league with Frankfurt a few days ago
Football culture is so embracing, when you become apart of it, it becomes apart of you.
America football?
For us Europeans, football is a religion and when the UEFA Champions League starts, religious wars begin and blood is literally spilled.
rubbish religion doesnt come in to it only rangers and celtic fans bring religion into the game
I hope you guys get to 1M man, I honestly do. It's a trip going to one of those games, and everyone should experience it at least once. Oh and as far as the "hooligan" thing goes... it's typically fairly sanctioned.
Every single one, even if the team is garbage we all there for each other and for the team
The first clip is from a few months ago. German side Borussia Dortmund was playing Belgian side Club Brugge in the group stage of the champions league. The most impressive about the european fans is the determination, even if it means travelling across europe to see them play.
Love and respect brothers. You can go to the champions league final this year. 😊
No atmosphere in the champions League!

Hey guys! Love from Scotland UK. You guys got a new subscriber when I seen ya'll reacting to UK football fans songs and atmosphere. Which is great.
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE have a look at a Scottish Cup Final, the oldest cup competition in WORLD football. In 2016 Hibernian, one of the biggest clubs in Scotland outside Celtic and Rangers, hadn't won the "Big One" for 114 years!! That year Hibernian scored a injury time winner to win 3-2! There was a massive pitch invasion then when it clears we sing our anthem. Sunshine on Leith. 30,000 Scarves in the air singing the most beautiful song, it's our you'll never walk alone. You WILL NOT regret it. Scottish people are the most fanatical football supporters in Europe when it comes to population. Thanks from Scotland. BTW We just beat Cyprus, SPAIN and Norway and are TOP of our qualifying group. I promise it's not just English and European supporters who's team is their religion and our stadium is our church!
Appreciate you family you got to send us a link family
th-cam.com/video/lt26StUVHoc/w-d-xo.html That's the fans after the pitch invasion singing a football song like no other. My Mrs is in the video lol
If you go there you'll get the video "16 minutes of minor mayhem" 😂👌
Yes, every single town has matchdays, usually about 20 home games. Let say my team (football is not popular at this era) have 4000 attendence and about 200 are ultras, so there are drums and warsongs all 90 minutes. On important matches (like you see on this footage, there is full stadion and about 2000 ultras.
Yes all games are like this. Even in second leagues are like thid.
If you've not seen the Scotland fans dance to "Yes Sir, I can boogie" you've no lived!
Love watching the Americans seeing how we do it over here, not every game is on these levels but the big Derby's are on another level, like my derby is Sunderland and our stadium holds 52000 and the noise and atmosphere is something to behold and lives with you forever and if it doesn't make you love football nothing will.
As A British fan and love the content.. the US fans are still learning the trades and in 10 too 20 years this content will be laught at. And U.S fans will be some of the best in the world. Have you seen you British NFL team and crowd support. ..
keep may the 18th in mind. eintracht frankfurt vs. glasgow rangers. two clubs with tradition, a huge and awesome fan base are facing each other on the europa league final. a must watch. :-)
My 900 fellow PSG fans rocking the whole Liverpool stadium are amazing. We lost the game but never stopped encouraging and supporting our great team.
I'm PSG till I die

Fight and win! That made me cringe with embarrassment and I’m British. Seeing that from another continent, I love you Americans, but that hurt.

At 6:38 it is the stadium in Frankfurt Germany. It's ingeneerd for fans they jumping. Most of the stadiums in Germany looks like this :D
Dunson Brothers....YES...EVERY GAME IN EUROPE IS LIKE THAT...When FC Barcelona won The Champions League, the movement in the stadium was so wild, that it actually marked as it was an Earthquake in the Earthquake's Machine.
Brazilians are equally if not more fanatical about their soccer. I’m from South Africa but when I lived in Rio de Janeiro, I’ve been to quite a few matches at the Maracana stadium and there I’ve witnessed many times fires, fireworks, stun grenades and riots (inside and outside the stadium) especially when a team like flamengo plays
Or Casablanca fans in Marocko. The derby is just insane. Lots of great fans around the world.
Yes Africans and south Americans are even more passionate about football
For many, the highlight of the week is match day. Starts early with some singing etc at the pub .. Many people are involved in a lot with the club on weekdays as well .. 😀 Greetings from Europe.
Europeans are the loudest and most passionates fans in nearly everysports, alongside other regions for some sports like South America for football.
