We're back with our Fleet Foxes discography series! Today we jump into the 2017 album, Crack-Up. Shore is next on the list! Listen to our podcast: anchor.fm/boy-...
Are you going to do the 2 Eps they started with? The Fleet Foxes is 6 songs and good but raw. And Sun Giant is 5 songs all of which are amazing, maybe the best they've ever done.
My favorite album!! I had a journey with this one, it was the last of their projects I got into. When I heard it for the first time it just didn't click, and I was a huge fan of their music already, I just kept listening to the other lps (shore included) until I came around to it a whole year later and got hooked. It ages so well the more you listen to it, some songs like I Should See Memphis just clicked even more in my brain at the 100th time listening to them, it's crazy. I think it's their best now, Third of May is just incredible. I would also recommend listening to the choral version of Crack-Up they released as a single, it's gorgeous.
