Do not disrespect Black Kray
fun video tho
Shampoo, Press and Curl, successor of The Smeezingtons, produced this album. That's the production team Bruno leads, and has been nominated twice for producer of the year at the Grammys for songs like F You by Cee Lo Green and All I Ask by Adele. So Bruno still produced it.
listen to burning barn by buckshot next
Bloody angel is the most shit album of his never listen to it
Bloody angel is alot better than Butcher house
has anyone requested Imaginal Disk yet?
The boys are here
I read Glory Box differently. To me, Beth is asking the man in question to be an alpha male so she can relax and be feminine.
What an insightful reaction 😐
Hoping y'all consider listening to the albums from Justin's other projects, Volcano Choir and Big Red Machine!
Why are they reacting to music like they’re reading a history article for school ,come on guys ,more energy
I think it's hilarious that in the beginning you said that because it's the '90s everything has a weird r&b sound when Mariah Carey is quite literally an r&b artist!!!!
ohhh my boys, I have ep and album for you two. I know its short but its sort of worth it. (Glaive) a bit of a mad one - (7 songs, 13min 54s, ep) May It Never Falter -(11 songs, 23min 47s, album) I thought to copy and paste some information but i came to conclusion that better to do by yourself on Genius or Wikipedia (you will see) pre thoughts (a bit of a mad one) mix salad of styles, BOOM literally BOOM and another BOOM, young distorted life with BOOMs, just let him cooked (May It Never Falter) not that innovative as aboamo, probably something you had heard but hey production is good and its glaives voice 👍 and thank you guys for what you are doing, i dont know how most of videos have few views 😔 despite all of that do what you are doing, thanks <3
Enjoyed this! M is an incredible track. One of my favorites of the year, easily.
the entire aaron west story concludes with this album. you really have to start with “we don’t have each other”. the story of loss, acceptance, and continuous hope and loss again is felt more than fully within these 3 albums
It's a Fire was added to the US release/version of the album. The vinyl is most likely from the original UK release.
Jerry would fucking hate post-rock
it would be much better if you showed more of each song or at least showed the main lyrics.
41:06 LMFAO
you should react to: The Jesus and Mary Chain "Darklands"
i love you guys' thumbnails
REACT TO TAKE ME APART AND RAVEN BY KELELA!!!! PLEASE
Bcnr is not for everyone, and Jerry is the proof of that. (It's for me, though 🤷♂️)
This album pulled me through some really tough times, I live 50 miles north of Eau Claire Wi, and was fortunate to meet Justin at a show he played to raise money for his high school jazz band, he signed my guitar and got to chat for a few minutes. It is amazing to see what he has gone on to do.
You guys should check out Winter Wheat by John K Samson
So excited to see this being reacted to! Thank you!! I saw/heard the Cocteau Twins play this album live at the Glasgow Barrowlands when it was first released. Being immersed in the soundscape was so otherworldly, I cant begin to describe how magical it was. A long time ago now but I'll remember it forever
21:56 Amelia, my favorite song of Treasure
loving this one, particularly Speyside also loving that Over the Garden Wall vinyl there, Jerry!
This proves we've got such different taste. I actually love "Anybody". One of my faves on the album
Very excited to see where this project goes. In the meantime you guys should definitely check out some of Vernon's side projects - Volcano Choir and Big Red Machine, both have two really fantastic albums. Maybe even some of his pre-Bon Iver solo works like Hazeltons, or his stuff with his old band DeYarmond Edison.
Yesss! Been waiting for this one!
Have you guys ever heard any Conor Oberst or Bright Eyes? How about his self titled album or I'm Wide Awake It's Morning?
Very much agree something else is coming. With all of the merch releasing and promotion leading up, there's no way all that was only for Sable. But either way, new music from JV is a treat
The outro of Awards Season also sounds like it transitions into another song. It doesn’t feel like it was designed to cut off like that
you didnt chose Hawaii part 2 Hawaii part 2 chose you

17:00 you won't last from joe hawley attack
Great to see this album here! I dare say this album is in my top 10.
Before I actually heard Joy Division, I imagined them sounding like XTC’s "Complicated Game", and then when I did hear them I was disappointed. They've grown on me, but I still think "Complicated Game" is a better Joy Division song than any actual Joy Division song. So, allow me to suggest a different, quirkier slice of 1979 post-punk for the wheel: XTC-Drums and Wires
Shit music taste 101 😂
we all have opinions Bro.
In the 90s, these guys did a series of concerts in parking lots where they would give every attendee a cassette tape to blast in their car stereo, which were all supposed to meld together into a giant, slightly out-of sync wall of sound. I sadly never got to attend one, but I did once or twice sync up four different stereo systems to play their Zaireeka album in full. It's a trip! I'm sure the weird mixing of this album was inspired by that experimentation.
"Guy with an acoustic guitar" music usually doesn't hold my attention, but the Mountain Goats are an exception. My favorite by them might be their more autobiographical album The Sunset Tree.
bro he got so many stuff wrong about joe hawley😭😭😭
It is western. Bristol is in the southwest.
this was a really cool reaction, I too wish there were less music cuts or better placed cuts but dont let negative commenters get you down. I love this album. 10/10. (also, cutting the vocalization part out of arto made me sad)
About your question on the lead up to this as a bon iver fan: I was a big bon iver fan since for Emma, and went to see him play at his Eaux Claire fest that Justin and Aaron from the national put on. This album hadn’t been announced, but bon iver played a headlining set and played this album in its entirety before anyone had heard it. It was spectacular and everyone around me in the crowd was blown away. That night they released the first two tracks on the album as singles.
Her record company must have been even more traumatized than Jerry, because on the next record they paired her up with a new producer:... (prepare for it)... Giorgio Moroder. So, yeah, her next record (1983) was a disco/pop record. The vocals are a little bit more tame. New York, New York and Zarah are as much as masterpieces as a disco track can get.
I've always considered Jelmore to be the second half to Holyfields, . Thematically and stylistically they're synonymous imo, just split up and utilized as interludes.
