Yeah I’ve had tiny ones half the size of the 140 patch I think with the small ones is pretty much instinct. My most successful mackerel the other year was a massive 40g seeker 🤷🏻♂️
They're Pigs and are prone to unmitigated eating 🤣
Hey there,.. nice to see a real surf fisherman,... I'm saying that because I despise fishing with bait (it stinks) only lures & flies is how I fish....
Out here on the Westcoast stateside the surf is quite rough very unruly at times be we perserver and keep casting hard for Stripped bass,... there's just something about hooking big fish in the surf 👍😎🤙

I agree it’s nice to hook up in the surf it’s hard work standing waist deep getting battered by the waves but that makes the tug more worth it when it comes 🎣 tight lines

Great fishing fella. You should try the samson lures, 15g tweak and Enticer. Casts miles and don't sink as fast as metals. Might not lose as many in the types of venues you fish. Saying that, if I could only choose 2 lures to take on a trip, the blue seeker would be one. Look forward to your Sunday videos, especially when I can't get out.😢

I have tried a couple of the Samson lures but didn’t really get on with them certainly didn’t catch! Glad you look forward to the videos 👍🏻 I slipped one in on Thursday last week hope you caught that one 👍🏻

F360 are awesome. check out the rapala kallan too. charteuse white n silver brilliant in poor viz water or chaotic swell etc

How do find the F360? I’m struggling to get hold of any seekers from the shops around me and am tempted to grab some of these instead. How would you say it compares to the seeker?
At the time of making this video I would have said I preferred the F360 but I have now used it in more different situations and the seeker is in IMHO a better all round lure. In fact probably one of the most versatile ever. The F360 is great on the spin stop unfortunately I’ve lost it now but I shall be getting another. They are available at angling direct or veals mail order. In the UK

I was a bit sore tbf but ok thanks👍🏻 that’s what’s under foot whilst wading it’s a hard work mark but a place you can be alone in the wilds all day without seeing another person that’s why I love it !

If pride was an issue Pete I wouldn’t have put it in 😂 I’m just trying to show my fishing as it is warts and all as they say .. I was little sore for a few days but nowt that stopped me just having 4 blanks 🤷🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
