Dr Ishtiaq must be decade+ younger to me and though I respect his age, I have reasons to believe that he has lost whatever little credibility he ever had. A neighbour of mine who is my sons age, is very active on social media and has been a keen observer of Pakistan for over two decades, had warmed me about Dr Ishtiaq couple of years ago and now I'm also convinced about the assessment of this neighbour of mine.
