INNACCURACY! Sales at gun shows require EXACTLY the same paperwork and background checks as purchases from gun stores or sporting good stores. There is NO “gun show loophole” and never has been.
However,...... You can do what's known as a private sale at a gunshow, or from a friend, family member and even someone you just met in a bar. None of them require any background check or paperwork of any kind.
