actually in my experience you don't need a servo reverser all you need do is flip the servo and move the link to the opposite side keeping the horn in its downward position thus reversing your servo. that's what I did on my maxstone 10 and it worked perfectly.

Lately it's been motocross witch really sucks the wallet dry quickly but they love it so I make it happen. That Traxxas is sweet, I believe my next one is going to be a 5th scale.

If you get a futaba 4pls you can change the way the four wheel steer works just the front or just back crabcrawl or the way you have it now I have that on my four wheel steer crawler works pretty nice

ya should try to find a way for a suspension in the middle of it , that way if it is going like a small wall type obsticle the tires are gonna grab better and more of them on the ground where it is so long , just a look at not to allow it into a complete v shape
Hasan 540 motor on each axle. as far as weight and other specs. I'm not sure but you can get all that info on Nitrorcx.com this one is even bigger now as I extended it about 10" and am currently working on a flat bed set up to carry other RC''s.
nice vid. 4 wheel steering is cool but can be a pain when rock crawling. It helps sometimes but gets in the way others. You can use a airplane radio and setup the front steering on 1 stick on and the rear on the other...or get the radio/receiver from a Redcat Rs10 which has 4 wheel steering in 4 modes...the mixing is all done by the radio. I do like the size of the truck! if you get time, check out my vids of my H2 and Big Red, both are based on the mad torque.
Mr Funguy No, it's really powerful as it is and goes pretty fast witch is crazy for a crawler. If you ever needed more power you could just add a battery to run the back two motors. this thing will climb anything as it is and I think lipo with brushless would just rip it apart.

You can run a 2 cell in these stock but you have to watch your voltage. They don't have a low voltage cut off so if you drive to long you can cook your lipo's .
Destructor429 you can always pick up a cheap LVC alarm and hook it up to the balance prot of your lipos, and set the alarm anywhere from 2.7v per cell up to 3.8v per cell, works on 1-8s. Cheap like $4.50 shipped!
spencer avery Ah you are right I didn't think of that. I run two 5000 mah 2 cell lipo's so 10,000 mah in total and to be honest I get hours out of them so I actually get all my driving in and still have lots of charge left so I have never had to worry about that. But good call on those alarms. I saw them on a few online hobby shops and your right for the 4 bux its well worth it to protect your battery!

Proof of concept. Now build a full-sized crawler and be the badest bad-ass on the planet.
