This is a class of female students in Beijing Dance College who are being trained in Uighur dance. The music is also Uighur. Their bodies are flexible. They will graduate to be professional dancers. This is called Chinese ethnic dance, different from western or modern dance. Western palace dance is ballet.

I believe this is the Beijing Dance Academy, and it's in their division of Minority Dances. Same thing you are saying, just slightly different terminology.

Even without my prescription glasses, I can tell they are not Uyghur dancers. Something’s you can’t copy no matter how good you are.

Chinese dansers not Uyghur. But music and dans is Uyghur traditional dans.
