Thank you so much! I just received my Breville Bambino plus today and your guidance was spot on. I had excellent results using your concise and detailed instructions.
This step-by-step tutorial is a lifesaver for beginners! Your guidance on using the Breville Bambino Plus to brew espresso and latte is so clear and easy to follow. Thanks for making espresso-making accessible to everyone! ☕👏
Thank you soooooo much for this video. It is a jungle out there in products and using them is so intimidating. I am going to buy this machine and wanted more knowledge on how to use it before I made the commitment. Your precise easy-to-understand directions are exactly what I needed, right down to weighing the coffee and everything. 👍
Thank you so much for this very informative video. I just bought Breville knock box and would like to add more accessories. It seems yours are decent so can you please let me know what brand they are. Thanks🙏
Also, if you were to use a single wall basket, would you have to manually program your espresso shot every time or can you let the machine do that instead of having to program?
Awesome video! This really helped me and it is very informative. My only question is, what brand of coffee beans are you using? Sorry, I’m just asking because grind size also depends on the coffee and I’m also using a Niche Zero.
hi bro very good is your teach one by one appreciate but tel me 16gm beans how ml u get the espresso and infrom me what name is your grinder❤ thank you
Since the video is for beginners and for automatic workflow, I use the pressurized basket to start with (no dialing-in). Next video will be a manual workflow and how to dial-in the coffee beans.
what is the temperature right out of the machine? I've read that it's not hot enough. Thinking of buying one, but it the espresso is not hot enough, then why spend $500?
@@LeslieDeemer-h1w If you will notice, I run a blank shot and don't remove the portafilter while I'm grinding my beans. That will keep the grouphead, the portafilter and your cup hot. That's the proper warming up. Most of the first time users missed this important step.
Thanks for the easy to follow and very informative video. Could you please tell me what model of grinder and scale you have and what other extra parts were bought in addition to the stuff included with the coffee machine?
@@howardc7820 the reason for this, the most important is the coffee grinder so I invested more for the grinder. This is now 3 years with me. For budget friendly, I recommend the DF54.
I started my coffee journey with pressurized basket and move on to single wall basket. This video is for beginners who will use the machine for the first time. Pressurized basket is not too sensitive to grind size, but still ideal grind size need to set to make it closer when using the single wall. There's a part 2 soon, advanced tutorial. This time for single wall basket and all manual method.
Bambino Plus doesn't warm up the portafilter after turning on the machine (unlike other models) so that's why I run a blank shot. Hot portafilter will help to stabilize the water brewing temperature to extract the coffee better, better tasting espresso. Running a blank shot to rinse the portafilter to make it hot again on next shot.
Water still there in portafilter. It is too soggy. You should have screen puck, adjust grind level, temperature, coffee type. I use Calphalon Temp iq, and outcome really dry. Love it. Cheer.
Try freshly roasted medium roast coffee beans. Stale beans and dark roast are bitter when not properly dialed-in/calibrated with the right temperature.
Hey mate, do you think the grinder is an overkill for the machine or do you think it's about right? I have a bambino plus and I've been thinking about upgrading the grinder from Smart Grinder Pro.
I choose Niche Zero because of ease of use for this case. This coffee bar is being used by family/guests and are new to espresso. My recommendation for grinder is the coffee grounds it produce are fluffy and burrs are upgradable like the DF64* grinders.
You can wash the portafilter using tap water after brewing but in case you will need to pull another shot, you will loose the heat of portafilter from tap water. When brewing, portafilter should be hot to enough to keep the brewing temperature stable. Lower temperature will result to sour espresso.
This video is about for beginners, all about automatic (part 1). I consider pressurized basket as automatic. There will be part 2 of this video soon, all manual method and using precission basket.

Excellent tutorial! I just took mine out of the box and your step-by-step instructions are better than Breville's. Thanks!
Honestly one of the best informative videos out there.

I can’t fit the double wall for not so fresh grinds into the machine? Can you please advise.

Can i ask if that's the portafilter that comes originally with the machine ?

Shouldn’t you spritz the beans with water so it produces less static when grinding?

The weighing scale is Timemore Black Mirror. Other accessories are bought separately.
You have to run a cleaning cycle every 200 shots. Does the warm up and rinse count as a shot?
Yes
what is the name of the scale that you use? =D

I recommend freshly roasted coffee beans from your local roaster.

Excellent video. But you should firstly make the milk and then clean portafilter with puoring dirty water into the milk jug.
Where did you get your niche zero
I'm based in Singapore. There's a local reseller. But you can order online in Niche website plus shipping fee.
