I dont particularly see it for Larry but I’m in agreement with not moving forward with the adoption. Nicole wants this child for her own reasons and not considering the impact on everyone else. There is NO guarantee that siblings will grow up to be close. Layton will not be lonely with all the cousins she has in her family. TBH, Nicole shouldn’t try to bring another child into the fold when she and Larry dont seem to be in the best space in their marriage

Unpopular Opinion Alert. Joy is still hurt and rejects Keisha out of hurt. I think Joy needs to heal. I think the Keisha, Monay and Nicole are doing fine without everyone's comments. That marriage between Larry and Nicole needs some investigating cause something aint right. I think Chris wasnt excited cause Nicole was trying to take over the creative process. I think Jaquita wants to live outside if their financial means. I think Chris should have the opportunity to grow into his dreams cause he supports her dream. I dont know. There is no reason she should have remained in that marriage if she couldn't handle the fact that Keisha is around. It's also crazy to me that as an adult Monay has not figured out her parents were not married when they had their first child. Chris needs a clue. Larry said in the beginning he was not willing to bring another child into their household if his daughter didn't want to, so Nicole needs to take that into consideration so they don't continue this cycle and have another situation with a child feeling unwanted. Hoping for a season 2 so we can see the land development.

Measha we had hurricane I had just had my baby. She was five months old. Our lights were out for two weeks. That was 21 years ago. That was the worst time EVER!! Hurricane Isabel I will never forget.

There’s no reason Jaquita should be working as hard as she does and he’s only doing bare minimum. Hey Measha: I miss listening to you and posting. Yup, country folks can tear up some stuff. The housing development needs to have solid policies/HOA in place to maintain the property. Uncle Bubba is not a prize, and he needs some dentures. He is trifling and insensitive. Joy's evil disposition is disturbing. She thinks shacking up with Bubba with no ring or marriage certificate constitutes a solid relationship. Bubba built a sister-wives relationship. Joy knew about Keisha's mom and vice versa. All of Bubba's sisters knew of Keisha's mother's relationship with Bubba. Therefore, Joy could be mad at the sisters, but Keisha is innocent.
I like the show and I hope this works out for them.. I think Nicole is the favorite granddaughter for some reason.. but I look forward to another season.. great review as usual

Larry said in the beginning he was not willing to bring another child into their household if his daughter didn't want to, so Nicole needs to take that into consideration so they don't continue this cycle and have another situation with a child feeling unwanted. Hoping for a season 2 so we can see the land development.
This is my favorite show. So mad they only got 3 episodes (LOL). Meanwhile NOBODY asked for LAMD. NOBODY. NO. BODY. Raise your hand if you checking for that show so we can expel you from the community.

Hey one thing I can say is that Jermeshia is not going to give on what she thinks. I'm glad that Nicole spoke her mind last episode. She told her family that Keisha is not going no where and she's still going to be around. Some fathers don't want to be called Daddy they want to be called by their name. To me it's because they don't want no body knowing they father's. It's time for them to let the past behind. They want never know the full truth. Chris needs to find him another job instead of working for the family. Some of these people need counseling. Mrs Joy is a grown woman and needs to stop acting like a fool. Keisha didn't ask to be in this world. Her husband should have not cheated and she had a chance to leave her husband.
That's a very good point about the daddy's not wanting to be called daddy but by their names so people won't know they have kids.
@@MsMeashaIMO I call my parents momma and daddy. If I have been around my son and him calling them nanny and Pappa. I would be calling them that after while. They never said anything. I think they noticed why I was doing it and it wasn't being disrespectful.
It's giving all the Jacksons calling their father Joseph. I think it's just another way for the fathers to emotionally disconnect from the children.

Measha we had hurricane I had just had my baby. She was five months old. Our lights were out for two weeks. That was 21 years ago. That was the worst time EVER!! Hurricane Isabel I will never forget.

Before Chris leaves Braden Real Estate, I hope he has another solid opportunity because it’s giving he’ll leave at any moment. I want him to seek out a therapist before he makes any major moves. There’s no reason Jaquita should be working as hard as she does and he’s only doing bare minimum. Also, I can’t remember if he mentioned it before but I wonder if he grew up in an affectionate household. It shouldn’t be that awkward to hug his sister-cousin.
Chris mentioned in Episode 3 that he grew up with his Mom, said he was a "Momma's boy" and that his Dad was incarcerated when he was growing up. Chris said it was important for him to be there for his children.
Wondering how come we have not seen any interaction between Kesha and Ms.Oscarene ? Shes the daughter of Bubba her only son, hmmmm ?

Hey Measha: I miss listening to you and posting. Yup, country folks can tear up some stuff. The housing development needs to have solid policies/HOA in place to maintain the property.
Uncle Bubba is not a prize, and he needs some dentures. He is trifling and insensitive. Joy's evil disposition is disturbing. She thinks shacking up with Bubba with no ring or marriage certificate constitutes a solid relationship. Bubba built a sister-wives relationship. Joy knew about Keisha's mom and vice versa. All of Bubba's sisters knew of Keisha's mother's relationship with Bubba. Therefore, Joy could be mad at the sisters, but Keisha is innocent.
I like the show and I hope this works out for them.. I think Nicole is the favorite granddaughter for some reason.. but I look forward to another season.. great review as usual

I think they definitely dropped the ball on updates. Did the house sell? If so for how much and how long did it take? Did they start development? It’s a King production so who knows when the new season will begin or if it will even come back

I did not like the way Joy said her mama chose to put Keisha in the situation and I was like that is a disgusting thing to say and for Joy to still be so nasty towards her I cannot with her I really would not want to have nothing to do with Mrs. Joy. She still gives she don't like Keisha and she ain't tryna hide it she is still bitter.

I also don't think Bubba was a very present and active father. He was just in the house. Because I don't know any present and active father that wants their children calling them by their first name.
I agree her health has probably been affected by all this. Ms. Joy seems to have possibly had a stroke. Her mouth and eyes look a bit twisted/cocked.
Keisha and her mom probably was a little on the poverty side while Nicole & Monae lived a little better.. js

One thing for certain everybody is not going to be the same or feel the same. Some of us can except some things and some of us just can’t and no matter how old we get if it’s not in your cards to accept it that’s the way it is if Frank told Joy that she didn’t have to accept Keisha then that’s the lane that Joy stayed in . i’m looking forward to the progress.
