The same applies to Federer when you remember his early career and his successive defeats to his peers Hewitt and Nalbandian. The difference is that Hewitt was similar in age and Nalbandian was younger than him. While Novak is more than 5 years younger than Federer, it is natural for the beginning of the confrontations between them to be in Federer’s favor.

I used to like Nadal (ofc Djokovic is the goat for me), but seeing some of Nadal's behavior made me rethink my opinion of him. Stats show that Nadal pulls out of HC and grass tournaments "due to injury" whenever he is a step away from facing Djokovic, basically what he is doing is trying to keep Djokovic's opponent fresh so he has a better chance to knock out Djokovic, ofc though right after the tournament he is seen jet skiing and going to the club (what happened to his injury?). Nadal also took the Djoko covid situation as an invitation to talk sh*t about him instead of backing up his rival. Next, Nadal and Federer asked for wimbledon points to be stripped as a "punishment", ofc this hurts Djokovic the most since he was the champion atm. Finally there is a bunch of other stuff like Nadal pushing for atp finals to be played on clay (since he can't win anything if it's not on clay), and the nail in the coffin for me was him whining like a bit*h about the roof when he lost to Djokovic. Reporter asked him "Did it make sense to have the roof closed?" or something like that and he replied "No, but if I talk about it you will write an article". He is portrayed as a gracious champion but that is not who he really is.

@@Milos-mk9pbyou gotta understand some of these guys grew up to follow the rules and behave a certain way. Djokovic has always been someone who doesn’t agree with the rules of the tour and actually thought about starting his own tour much like golf has done and these guys don’t like rule breakers. Plus they’re rivals. I don’t think they really like each other that much but they do respect each others game. You have a guy taking your titles from you it hurts especially a lot in a row. Novak use to get very frustrated too in nadal’s early days in fact there’s a press conference of him saying “I don’t have to do anything special, yes he’s the best on clay but he’s not unbeatable.” And he’s said he’s had matches under control before against nadal to shy from giving him respect for winning the match. They all do it, they’re competitive.

I never thought after the injuries Nadal had that he'd ever compete or win many if any Grand Slams because or the way he played because let's be honest Federer and Djokovic have the best body shapes for this game hence the reason they have played in more Slams than Nadal and yet through Determination he's won 22 slams.1 more than Novak and 2 more than Roger which is amazing and the fact he's a better head to head in Slam finals and Matches vs Novak is incredible because IMHO Novak is the favourite to end up with the most slams which I believe he will because he's got 5 slams and his 37th birthday and that's when tennis players in his shape stars to decline whereas I think Nadal has 2 possible more slams with New York this year if he's not injured and France for a 15 time next season but the 3 slams he played this year he only lost 1 time and it was to injury after reaching Wimbledon Semi Final and I was really looking forward to seeing him vs Novak in the final because the last match they played Novak won a classic 10-8 in the fifth I think.
