      Thanks for your nice comment. I haven't done any fused glass projects recently but I will definitely do more some day. It is such a fun medium to experiment with.

    The love charms could you turn them into beads the same way you did with the beads please?

      Hi Lisa - if I understand your question I think the answer is no. I believe the hole for the bead would interfere with the imprint. Hope that answers your question. Thanks for watching.

    Hi Cindy nice to meet you, very interesting method to recycle the glass. I have two questions, what is the best method to have symmetrical creations? and ... why my creation are not shining? thx in advance. ciao from Italy.

      Hi thanks for your questions. I am not sure why your glass pieces are not shiny. I have not run into that problem so far. I can only guess that it might be the glass. When I am making pieces that are symmetrical I try to make sure that the item starts out as symmetrical as possible including the shapes and weight and thickness of the glass piece, but there is always a slightly imperfect nature to the pieces that I have made.

    Very interesting, especially beads, can you tell me what is fusing paper?

      @UpcycleDesignLab  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Amita, I don't know what fusing paper is made from but it is used to place between the glass and the kiln to protect the surface of the kiln. You can purchase it on line and at some craft stores. Thanks for watching.

      @@UpcycleDesignLab hi, so fusing paper that you use between the 2 pieces of glass is the same paper you line at the bottom of your kiln, correct?

      @@mgb426 yes that is correct.

    What is with the COE of different glasses? No problems?

      Hi Serra - The experts say that in order for glass to fuse it must have the same COE (coefficient of expansion) If you purchase new glass or specialty glass I presume that the seller will provide the COE. I was kind of unsure about the COE when I started but I have not had any problems. I read somewhere that most bottle glass has a COE that is compatible with other bottles. I am guessing that bottle glass and some of the specialty glass might not work well together. Hope that helps.
