In 2020 I had 40 year old saline implants removed and fat transfer at the same time same day. Now its 2022 and I've developed fat necrosis and scattered oil cysts. No calcification yet. Lumps are painful. Mammogram doctor said this was common. They see it often. Suggests monitoring with yearly ultrasound & Mammogram. Not sure what else I can do.
