Hey bro, the information you give about how we have to stand in line, and go a few days before your visa interview for the biometrics, you have to specify it that this only happens at the embassy in INDIA, this is not the same in other places around the world.
I am from eastern Europe, and we give our biometrics the same day as our visa interview and we dont wait in a line, there are chairs, we sit and wait for your number to be called to the slot.

No you don't pay full fees.
You just show the amount in your bank statement.
