A chassis mount wing is absolutely necessary because your front aero is going to provide so much downforce your car will do a front flip if you go too fast
I actually don't fully know, I'd assume itd only effect cold start idle so it wouldn't be necessary, but advisable? Maybe someone else will add some knowledge
