I love ProteusVex but I'm glad it's not going to be stretched out and out like an American TV sieries. Having a good end is always better than neverending.
I REALLY struggled with Vex. Throughout the story each faction had varying names. There were too many 'clever' writing devices used to maintain a smooth and enjoyable read. There's a fine line between challenging an older readership and being enjoyable. Both The Order and Vex were a mess of ideas, too strung out to enjoy. I considered stopping my subscription on a number of occasions when 10 pages of an issue were simply too demanding to be enjoyable. The random history ref notes in Vex were particularly irksome.
Love Mike Carrolls stories. Great to hear his thoughts.
Love Mike's work and having met him, he's a really nice guy as well!
I loved the pod as audio, was like radii when im in the shed, this is great though.

Why did they end PV? Was Mike moving onto other projects?
I feel Tharg's gaze on me when ever I watch the pod.
