Driving by pristine suburbs was one of my manifestation methods. Even though I was told by someone “buy the nice house with what $$?”, it did not broke my spirit. I worked hard, persevered and hold that dream close. Few years later, I own and am living in my luxury house in that same prestige suburb I toured many times before. If you want it bad enough, you will get it. Its already yours❤
Super dope ending. It stopped me in my tracks! 🥰 I would also imagine a routine is hard to stick to with family around. I still live with my family & trying to work full time from home and do my own thing. It's hard to maintain some sort of routine and I easily get frustrated and down on myself about it. I wanna move out ASAP. mid 20s, corporate girlies struggling with mental health unite! 😎

I lived in a suburb of Portland my whole life (until post-grad) so I love seeing these vlogs back in the PNW.! Would love a video of tips to overcome seasonal affective disorder as it is so gloomy so much of the year in Oregon.

You asked a few videos ago for any ideas on how to get steps while wfh w/o a walking pad. Well I just started using a stepper from Amazon and I love it. It's quiet and I get my steps in as long as I swing my arms lightly. I can also stop mid "step" if I need to answer a call or something. I love it! Highly recommend
I bought the "Sportroyals Stepper" about a year ago and it was cheaper then, only started using it now 😂 it's $179 on Amazon which to me still isn't bad but there's cheaper options on there as well!

Yesss. My husband and I always window shop houses in our borough and Trulia 😂 it’s quite fun. Those tacos 🤤. I tried café con coquito for the first time this year and it was so good!!

I really feel like if you move out to Oregon, the depression might hit! But I would say....try looking during the spring and summer and see what you think, and feel out your emotions at that time. I really enjoyed this vlog! You're an inspiration and I love that you keep it real!
Oh it def will! Bc my depression isn’t only seasonal, I live with it year round. But I have faith I can find ways to get through it ❤️

Love your videos! Just as a heads up, if you decide to buy with Lennar in the future - be careful. My best friend purchased a townhome from them and their construction is shoddy at best. The customer service - even worse. So just know that you would need to take copious notes and have to follow up with them. Feel free to message me if you want more details. Keep up the amazing work!

I think it's crazy that your "first home" budget is literally 3x what my home now is worth, having bought (and upgraded each time) 3 homes already in the past. House prices in DC and Oregon are so different from Wisconsin lol

Yes I am! My job is in DC and I live in the DC area. If I ever go into the office for anything like a software or hardware update I would go into my DC office. I work for the federal gov in the national office in DC.

don't go for the place with the kitchen in that back. had a house with that exact layout and it gets old fast. just awkward, especially when entertaining guests because there's a wall between you.
