These are called door visors, window visors, and also called rain visor.
You can buy these door visors (rain visors) online or offline, but in either case, typical cost of these visors is 800 rupees to 1000 in India.

Installation of these door visors (rain visors) is very simple, you can install on your own. If you buy offline then they will install it for free.
To install, you just have to peel double tape cover, clean door surface and fix door visors (rain visors) on door. Checkout video carefully for installation instruction.
Make sure you buy door visors (rain visors) which is suitable for your car, they come different for different model.
For example, wagonr one generation door visors (rain visors) will not work for next generation wagon r, same goes for swift grand i10, etc which have multiple generations. But variant wise there is no problem, for example Breeza all variants VDI, ZDI will share same visors, and same goes for door visors (rain visors) for Tiago, Baleno etc.

Dust is in the air. If the air comes in, dust comes in. The visor wont stop that.

In a recent incident on highway, it went off and could not find. After that, I had gone for a branded (Authorized) one from dealer and it seems very much intact. About noise on continues drive, I haven't heard of it at all. So I feel, if you take a bit costlier one than, probably we will be satisfied.

biggest benefit i have faced is that they keep direct sunlight out most of the times as well beyond all the advantages mentioned! i have these installed on my honda city in 2018 till date not a single issue, hence quality matters as well.

It just flew off at rear left window after using about 2 months for my creta. Moreover, I bought fitted from Hyundai Mobis accessories. I also realized that, if it is sticked to metal the chances are highly unlikely. As most manufacturers use black cladding for doors for higher varients, which makes it difficult to stick for a longer period of time.

Some chrome ones come with 2 hooks on each edge in addition to the 3M tape. So even if the tape comes off after 2-3 years, the hooks prevent the visor from falling down.

You can remove them with dental floss and replace the double sided tape with 3M or Scotch exterior grade tape

If the weather is good outside then simply turn off the AC and turn on air ventilation from outside switch. Its better option in my experience because after sometime they start to come out. Its waste of money
Totally disagree with this.... dust will come out with air, it has more harms than advantages... it will increase aerodynamic resistance and hence will reduce fuel efficiency , will create noise at high speeds

Do not waste money buying the chrome plated ones. Over time chrome starts fading out and it looks ewww. Chrome plating is just an additional way of adding 1000 Rs more for a 100 Rs job. Regular Plastic ( ABS ) ones are 600-900 Rs and Chrome plated ones are north of 2k INR

Yes they do impact the car's aerodynamics, but the impact is negligible.
Yes we can use AC to allow outside air to come inside by set air flow to external suction instead of internal one. I use both during rainy season, windows slightly rolled down and AC air external suction and AC air throw towards wind screen. This helps in removing fog on side windows as well.
Only formula is, we have to maintain same temperature both sides of window. If outside is cooler then fog will form inside, if inside is cooler then fog will form on outside.
Outside fog is easy to handle, it often disappears automatically with wind and rain, or we can use our wiper and washer to remove that fog, Inside fog is dangerous.
So better to keep AC on, air suction external, air throw on wind screen, windows slightly rolled down.

You mean visors for the front wind screen? If so then there is no such concept for now, that's inclined, not vertical, so no visor can cover that big glass.
For the front window your better off getting black window tinting along the top 1/4 of the windscreen.
