    Interesting study Dave!👍🏽
We have $1.3 Million and have 10 months to go, BUT we both love our jobs but realize it’s time for new adventures!
TOTALLY agree about comparing our position to others, don’t see the benefit.
We are confident and looking forward to our next journey!

Wealth is so subjective and personal for each individual that this subject is pointless and irrelevant. I'm not a Millionaire but I'm wealthy. I have everything that I wanted in life. I'm happy middle age man, healthy and living in Hawaii with my loving family. What else do you want from life?

Agreed. In this video we see people measured wealth in more ways than money.

That is pretty shocking regarding the difference between the two. I’ve been watching your videos and I like them a lot.

We've got a plan, we're comfortable with it, we're drawing out less money than our plan would support because we just don't need the extra $$$. And it's _still_ hard to switch from saving to spending. Every time I see a distribution show up in the bank account it hurts :)

One gauge of being..."WEALTHY" is what you were before retirement. How did you grow up, where did you come from ? I have more now than ever, but wealthy, no.

what do you think the priorities should be for my wife and I? I am 23 she is 25. We both work full time and I am also in the Army reserve. We recently bought a house and pay $1520 a month on the house and the total of both our incomes is right around 95k. We have no debt other than the mortgage which has $206,500 left on it. We both contribute to retirement accounts to get our matches and we put $250 a month into a vanguard S&P 500 ETF. What are some of your recommendations to get become a millionaire asap? Thanks for any input you might have. Love your channel.

curious that people feel wealthy when having a net worth that is 25% of what they say is wealthy...

We are retired. Our net worth is almost 7 millions and I don’t feel wealthy, just upper middle class.

Please note that "wealthy " is a middle class term. The rich do not use it.

You may need as much as $2.6 million to maintain your current lifestyle due to inflation, which will continue to be impacted by high inflation, lower market returns or value projections, and stagnant wages. Achieving a secure early retirement may be more challenging than ever.

Roughly how much you have in the 401k combined with a financial advisor’s help can help you not only grow but budget the money for your travel destinations. I and my spouse always delegate our excesses.
