Still a pain in the ass.. merging over to go 464 south or when going east getting over to the right. to stay on 264'east or having to jump over to get waterside drive or st pauls.. its a mess and the tolls been back on the tunnel almost 9 years now.. this "victorious " momebt on the news, is now just a tired 4 laned drawbridge that shoukdnt be on a interstate highway..
