I’m a newer subscriber. While I do love openings, what I really love about your channel (that I’ve seen) are the detailed rooms. I’ve taken over my daughters 2 PAX wardrobes with 6 rooms. I’m in the process of decorating them to my taste. I get so many ideas seeing your setup rooms. I also use scrapbook paper on cardboard to make removable floors. I recently did an accent wall on removable cardboard as well.

I''m not a Monsters Inc. fan, but if you like it, keep it! Personally I would love to see more flow between the rooms like in a home or town, like downtown is the beach (Joss), community center, theater, food truck roundup/blairs restaurant, uptown is the coffee shop, bowling alley, pizzeria, maybe Courtney and Julie share Julie's bathroom in an apartment above the pizzeria? Idk, just thinking what the flow of the space and what could make it be more fun for you. BTW faux ceilings to hide wiring might work but in businesses like Blair's restaurant and the bowling alley try twinkle lights and rope lights. I love seeing these tours. I'm moving soon and I am so excited to hopefully have space for a setup like this but on a smaller scale

The reason it ended up the way it did is because the walls aren’t adjustable in the dollhouse with the coffee shop and the one with Blair’s restaurant (which was supposed to be adjustable really isn’t). Moving the walls around isn’t practical, my husband ended up having to install them with a mallet! 😂 So I say all of that to say that the room sizes really played a big part in why things ended up where they did. But I totally agree with you that it would look so much better if it were more cohesive. I really love all of the great ideas you have! I love seeing the doll room tours and all the changes and evolutions!! I also like in depth videos of just one specific room. I don't particularly care for watching the unboxing, but I do really like to see the particular items and accessories once they are unboxed- how they work (open, close, turn on, etc.)- so maybe an already unboxed overview and review? This also helps to give a scale to some of the items and accessories. I also like commentary about quality / construction / materials of items (I strongly prefer when the items are made from wood, metal, and cotton instead of plastic and polyester...). Some DIY videos for how you make your decorations and items yourself would be fun to watch. Also watching rooms being set up is really fun, but maybe if it were sped up as a montage with commentary over it? I don't have any opinions about your rooms- I love seeing your creativity for the different rooms and setups and I think you should continue to make your own storylines and decorate, modify, and rotate your rooms in a way that brings you joy and excitement! : ) Thank you for your videos!

Great room love it👏😍! The Monsters Inc room is awesome I don't remember seeing it 👍 I think you should get rid of one bathroom and relocate the new ski place like you said. Also, I would put the food trucks on the floor like if their on the road because for me out of sight is always out of mind 😂 A living room & small kitchen sounds good too😄

From an adult perspective, I always gravitate towards adding shelving when possible. Why? Unless you have the endurance for continuous change, you usually end up storing while forgetting what you have. I would add a table to the kitchen area. Love Monters Inc. Possibly placing a doll ot two with Monster Inc. pjs. I prefer the other bathroom opposed to Julie's (personal preference). I don't particularly care for openings. I like to see the set-up and or finished product. Your dollroom is phenomenal. Done with creativity and taste. Thanks for the walk through.

This is the nicest setup. Looking for Corinne ideas and came across your video. If you happen to see this comment I wonder- do you have any advice or ideas about how you would display the Corinne set if you didn’t have a large space? I’m working with a very small space, but you have such nice ideas in this video.
Finding room for such a large set is difficult. I had to change things around in my doll room to make more space, so I had to move Corinne’s set. The area I have for it now is much smaller. I still have it on display, but it’s not where you can see it from all sides. Here’s a link to the video for my new doll room set up with Corinne’s set. HUGE 2023 DOLL ROOM TOUR! TWO ROOMS!! My advice is that if you have enough space to display it where you can see one side of the set that you rotate the set. You can display one side for a while and then rotate it to enjoy the other side for a while. The set is heavy so depending on where and how you have it displayed it might be a little work to change it around. I suggest getting help when you move it. It does fold up so another thing you may be able to do is display it for a while and when you need access to more space you can fold it up for temporary storage. Aww I’m so glad you like it 🥹 I’ve been working on redesigning several of the rooms in both dollhouses. It’s a pretty big job 😀 hopefully it will be finished soon. The wood-like flooring I used in Corinne’s bedroom set is actually shelf paper. My husband helped me adhere it to a large piece of cardboard. Works great!

Awww thank you ☺️ As far as the table where I have Corinne’s display, it’s actually an island on wheels 😃 it was originally custom made for my laundry room, but ended up being too big. Love your dol. I would probably l room make aby charges every season, for example you need a living room and dinning area for Christmas. The top where you have the trucks on display can be a roof top garden for Summer and winter. Part of the fun of collecting is |playing with the items. When your an adult collector that can mem changing the girls outfits as well as their house if you have one. PS I like close up video rather than unboxing cause there are just do, do many around. Glad I found your channel.

Hello, I just came across your channel and I love your doll house and attention to detail. I’m looking to do a house for my girls. I’m wondering what shelving you used and the measurements?
Hello😊 I’m so glad you like the dollhouse. The dollhouse I have is custom built and is made of plywood. The measurements for the rooms are 24” tall and 24” deep. The width varies as to the space needed for that particular room. The larger dollhouse is 6’ tall on half of the house and 4’ tall on the other half. It’s 10’ wide. The smaller dollhouse is 6’ tall and 6’ wide. If you have taller items like the Our Generation Cozy Cabin, American Girl Corinne’s bedroom or bunk beds you’ll need more that 24” of hight to accommodate items like those. I would suggest 24” hight as a minimum. If you have the space and you make a 10’ dollhouse you can split the hight as we did, that way you have more space for more rooms on the 6’ side and on the 4’ side you can have space for taller items. You can also use the 4’ tall side for outdoor space for the dolls. I hope this is helpful 😊 I hope you have a great time with your project…it’s totally worth it 😅 Thank you so much for watching 💕

The dollhouses are made of plywood. My husband designed and made the larger one, it was made about 12 to 14 years ago. The smaller one my husband had made about 2 years. I hope you get to get one for your daughter, they are so much fun!😃 Thanks for watching 💕
They’re made from plywood and nailed together. Both of the dollhouses were custom made. My husband had them made. I think you could use something from Ikea, I used one of the shelves in one of the built in bookshelves in the doll room for a small room. Hope this helps😊 Thanks for watching 💕

Great room love it👏😍! The Monsters Inc room is awesome I don't remember seeing it 👍 I think you should get rid of one bathroom and relocate the new ski place like you said. Also, I would put the food trucks on the floor like if their on the road because for me out of sight is always out of mind 😂 A living room & small kitchen sounds good too😄

From an adult perspective, I always gravitate towards adding shelving when possible. Why? Unless you have the endurance for continuous change, you usually end up storing while forgetting what you have. I would add a table to the kitchen area. Love Monters Inc. Possibly placing a doll ot two with Monster Inc. pjs. I prefer the other bathroom opposed to Julie's (personal preference). I don't particularly care for openings. I like to see the set-up and or finished product. Your dollroom is phenomenal. Done with creativity and taste. Thanks for the walk through.

This is the nicest setup. Looking for Corinne ideas and came across your video. If you happen to see this comment I wonder- do you have any advice or ideas about how you would display the Corinne set if you didn’t have a large space? I’m working with a very small space, but you have such nice ideas in this video.
Finding room for such a large set is difficult. I had to change things around in my doll room to make more space, so I had to move Corinne’s set. The area I have for it now is much smaller. I still have it on display, but it’s not where you can see it from all sides. Here’s a link to the video for my new doll room set up with Corinne’s set.

Honestly it’s very challenging to display the larger sets with limited space. My advice is that if you have enough space to display it where you can see one side of the set that you rotate the set. You can display one side for a while and then rotate it to enjoy the other side for a while. The set is heavy so depending on where and how you have it displayed it might be a little work to change it around. I suggest getting help when you move it. It does fold up so another thing you may be able to do is display it for a while and when you need access to more space you can fold it up for temporary storage. Aww I’m so glad you like it 🥹 I’ve been working on redesigning several of the rooms in both dollhouses. It’s a pretty big job 😀 hopefully it will be finished soon. The wood-like flooring I used in Corinne’s bedroom set is actually shelf paper. My husband helped me adhere it to a large piece of cardboard. Works great!

Awww thank you ☺️ As far as the table where I have Corinne’s display, it’s actually an island on wheels 😃 it was originally custom made for my laundry room, but ended up being too big. My husband suggested that we put it in the doll room. It works great! I use it for filming videos and displaying doll items.

Love your dol. I would probably l room make aby charges every season, for example you need a living room and dinning area for Christmas. The top where you have the trucks on display can be a roof top garden for Summer and winter. Part of the fun of collecting is |playing with the items. When your an adult collector that can mem changing the girls outfits as well as their house if you have one. PS I like close up video rather than unboxing cause there are just do, do many around. Glad I found your channel.

Hello, I just came across your channel and I love your doll house and attention to detail. I’m looking to do a house for my girls. I’m wondering what shelving you used and the measurements?
Hello😊 I’m so glad you like the dollhouse. The dollhouse I have is custom built and is made of plywood. The measurements for the rooms are 24” tall and 24” deep. The width varies as to the space needed for that particular room. The larger dollhouse is 6’ tall on half of the house and 4’ tall on the other half. It’s 10’ wide. The smaller dollhouse is 6’ tall and 6’ wide. If you have taller items like the Our Generation Cozy Cabin, American Girl Corinne’s bedroom or bunk beds you’ll need more that 24” of hight to accommodate items like those. I would suggest 24” hight as a minimum. If you have the space and you make a 10’ dollhouse you can split the hight as we did, that way you have more space for more rooms on the 6’ side and on the 4’ side you can have space for taller items. You can also use the 4’ tall side for outdoor space for the dolls. I hope this is helpful 😊 I hope you have a great time with your project…it’s totally worth it 😅

The dollhouses are made of plywood. My husband designed and made the larger one, it was made about 12 to 14 years ago. The smaller one my husband had made about 2 years. I hope you get to get one for your daughter, they are so much fun!😃

How did you make the rooms? Are the boxes from ikea?
They’re made from plywood and nailed together. Both of the dollhouses were custom made. My husband had them made. I think you could use something from Ikea, I used one of the shelves in one of the built in bookshelves in the doll room for a small room. Hope this helps😊 Thanks for watching 💕

The sewing machine is from an Our Generation set, but is now retired. I got mine on Mercari a couple of years ago.
The teal bed is called the Bouquet Bed and is from American Girl, it is also retired. I got it from Mercari as well.
