@Lynn Hyden This was great, thanks, I've been looking for "video scrapbooking techniques" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Tiyatalie Scrapbooking Blueprint - (do a search on google ) ? Ive heard some great things about it and my work buddy got cool results with it.

I am going to work on one for my husband who passed away almost 2 months ago. I'd like to honor him in the book with his recipes and things that made him laugh as well as pictures. Thank you for sharing.
I just found your post about the scrapbook you made when your friend passed away. I lost my mom in Feb. 2020 and my dad in Feb. 2021 and I have just made scrapbooks on their lives. It was so wonderful to relive those stories they told us and the memories we mae together. I think it was really therapeutic for my grieving process. I am glad to know I am not the only one who felt that way.
I love scrapbooking & journaling! I have ptsd, & I found that , it calms me. I’m not a creative person at all. But I do want to learn..especially to do like these, they’re so amazing!

Templets are also nice. I started with one templet that had 6 shapes. At first, I used my cookie cutters for stars and heart embellishment if that helps anyone. Someday, maybe, I'll get one of those fancy cutter machines.
This is great info to have. I am starting to plan but want to start project life. I just picked up that same paper cutter and started a list of other tools I need. Any other beginner videos would be so helpful. Thank you.

can I ask you. something I got a big scrapbook but I wanna down size to a smaller one do you. know if there is a way to take the the pictures that we're glued in my scrape book and put them in a smaller. scrape book?

Something my neighbor is very fond of is "antiquing" the paper and photo edges with tinted ink (like as a pale blue or vanilla color). I think it looks pretty neat but it's an aesthetic choice.

Where has this video been all my scrapping life?!?!?! LOL. I started out with the 12x12 paper packs and everything separate. I have become a fan of the kits as well. Lesson learned because I have a stash that makes me sigh everytime I look at my stuff. You did a fantastic job on this!!

I love my ATG tap runner gun. It is bulky but like you said, once you know how to store it, it is a must have. I got mine at a scrapbook expo along with 2 packs of tape to go with it for $15. You're right don't pay full price.

Beginner here.. I have been using double sided mounting stickers instead of the tape that you mentioned... is the tape thin?
